My fight is against evil men. Men in power whose only goal is to keep us fighting each other while they enrich themselves. They use our differences as weapons: Race Nationality Looks Sexual orientation Religion and beliefs They create culture wars so we stay divided, angry, and distracted. They want us to hate each other instead of questioning them. They trick people into worshiping a country, a flag, or a party, while forgetting about human beings. History keeps showing us this pattern: They hurt the Indigenous people — many good people watched. Then they hurt Black people — many good people watched. Then brown people — many still watched. Now it’s white people. So the question is… Are you going to sit and watch again? Because now it’s everybody. The rich and the elite do not care what color you are. They only care about green. They want us divided. They want us hating each other. They want us fighting each other. And when we finally wake up and call it out, they use reverse psychology and label us “#WOKE” turning something good into something bad. They’re very good at that. Leslie Evans posted thisKICKED OUT OF UNIVERSITY LECTURE: Subject: Legal studies. First lecture. The professor enters the lecture hall. He looks around. "You there in the 8th row. Can you tell me your name?" he asks a student. "My name is Sandra" says a voice. The professor asks her, "Please leave my lecture hall. I don't want to see you in my lecture." Everyone is quiet. The student is irritated, slowly packs her things and stands up. "Faster please" she is asked. She doesn't dare to say anything and leaves the lecture hall. The professor keeps looking around. The participants are scared. "Why are there laws?" he asks the group. All quiet. Everyone looks at the others. "What are laws for?" he asks again. "Social order" is heard from a row. A student says "To protect a person's personal rights." Another says "So that you can rely on the state." The professor is not satisfied. "Justice" calls out a student. The professor smiling. She has his attention. "Thank you very much. Did I behave unfairly towards your classmate earlier?" Everyone nods. "Indeed I did. Why didn't anyone protest? Why didn't any of you try to stop me? Why didn't you want to prevent this injustice?" he asks. Nobody answers. "What you just learned you wouldn't have understood in 1,000 hours of lectures if you hadn't lived it. You didn't say anything just because you weren't affected yourself. This attitude speaks against you and against life. You think as long as it doesn't concern you, it's none of your business. I'm telling you, if you don't say anything today and don't bring about justice, then one day you too will experience injustice and no one will stand before you. Justice lives through us all. We have to fight for it." “In life and at work, we often live next to each other instead of with each other. We console ourselves that the problems of others are none of our business. We go home and are glad that we were spared. But it's also about standing up for others. Every day an injustice happens in business, in sports or on the tram. I'd like to thank Kristin Swarcheck M.Ed., CPC, ELI-MP for posting this reminder.Leslie Evans shared thisThis 92-year-old, petite, well-poised and proud lady, who is fully dressed each morning by eight o’clock, with her hair fashionably coiffed and makeup perfectly applied, even though she is legally blind, moved to a nursing home yesterday. Her husband of 70 years recently passed away, making the move necessary. After many hours of waiting patiently in the lobby of the nursing home, she smiled sweetly when told her room was ready. As she maneuvered her walker to the elevator, I provided a visual description of her tiny room, including the eyelet sheets that had been hung on her window. “I love it,” she stated with the enthusiasm of an eight-year-old having just been presented with a new puppy. “Mrs. Jones, you haven’t seen the room …. just wait.” “That doesn’t have anything to do with it,” she replied. “Happiness is something you decide on ahead of time. Whether I like my room or not doesn’t depend on how the furniture is arranged, it’s how I arrange my mind. I already decided to love it. It’s a decision I make every morning when I wake up. I have a choice. I can spend the day in bed recounting the difficulty I have with the parts of my body that no longer work, or get out of bed and be thankful for the ones that do. Each day is a gift, and as long as my eyes open I’ll focus on the new day and all the happy memories I’ve stored away, just for this time in my life.” She went on to explain, “Old age is like a bank account, you withdraw from what you’ve put in. So, my advice to you would be to deposit a lot of happiness in the bank account of memories Thank you for your part in filling my Memory bank. I am still depositing.” And with a smile, she said: “Remember the five simple rules to be happy: 1. Free your heart from hatred. 2. Free your mind from worries. 3. Live simply. 4. Give more. 5. It’s time to rethink what it actually means to be a "team player." There’s a strange irony in the modern workplace. If you stay quiet while the ship leaks, you’re seen as reliable. If you point out the hole and grab a bucket, suddenly, you’re the one "making waves." We’ve all felt that hesitation before a meeting. 🚩 The urge to flag a project risk that everyone is ignoring. 🗣️ The desire to speak up about a process that clearly isn't working. 😰 The fear that being honest will make you the "difficult" one in the room. But "difficult" is often just a label used to silence the people who care the most. True professionalism isn't about ignoring friction; it’s about having the courage to address it before it becomes a fire. A healthy organization doesn't want "yes-people." It needs the truth-tellers. The ones who care enough to risk their reputation to protect the mission. Staying silent isn't professionalism—it’s complacency. The Indian economy rests on three pillars—government, corporates, and households. All three increasingly depend on capital markets, which in itself is not alarming. However, when this dependence is driven by rising indebtedness, it signals potential systemic risk. # Household Sector Stress: #RBI data shows financial liabilities surged 102% between 2020–2025, while financial assets grew only 48%. Household savings have fallen to 5% of GDP, the lowest in a decade. This suggests households are borrowing to fund consumption and unprofitable investments, creating future stress on disposable incomes. # Shift in Revenue Streams The surge in household savings flowing into capital markets has boosted revenues of AMCs and IPO underwriters. Banks, meanwhile, see modest growth of 5–11% in core lending, compared to 30–70% growth in their capital markets divisions. This shift also translates into higher tax revenues for the government. # Systemic Risk While this trend has fueled short-term growth, it has also made the economy heavily reliant on equity markets. Even a slight correction could trigger wealth destruction, strain household finances, reduce government tax revenues, and impact financial institutions dependent on capital market activity.
