Practice Manager Role
The Practice Manager owns the day-to-day operational performance of the practice, partnering with providers and leadership to optimize patient flow, treatment planning coordination, billing operations, and team development. The successful candidate will hit measurable KPIs across collections, retention, AR, and staff productivity.
Practice Manager Responsibilities
Operations and Patient Experience
- Drive execution of the organization's mission, values, and strategic priorities
- Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling efficiency, patient flow, and team alignment
- Track and improve front office KPIs such as collections, cancellations, and payment plan performance
- Facilitate coordination of care and treatment planning across providers
