Aviation / Airline Positions we recruit for

Pilots

Fixed Wing and Rotary/Helicopter Pilots must have a Type Rating on each individual aircraft they fly or have flown, in addition to a specific amount of flight hours. When I obtain my first client, I’ll know the aircraft type or fleet (normally a variety), such as Airbus, Bombardier, Embraer, Cessna, King Air, Gulfstream, Hondajet, etc. are a few business jet types. Experience as a Pilot In Command (PIC) or a Second In Command (SIC) which is the co-pilot, their flight hours for both domestic and international flights if applicable, is also required.

Avionics Technicians

Aircraft Electrical Technicians, require some type of electrical experience on business aircraft and/or a FAA Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Certification and some don’t, based on experience and the aircraft type.

Aircraft Painters

Clients prefer at least one to two years of aircraft painting experience.

Director of Aircraft Maintenance

Responsible for the direct supervision of aircraft maintenance including supervising technicians, working directly on business/corporate aircraft to achieve the highest level of maintenance, safety, dispatch and maintain fleet.

Engineers

Aeronautical, Electrical, Mechanical, Quality Assurance and Structural Engineers.

Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Technicians

A&P Technicians must have a Federal Aviation Administration A&P Certification. Gulfstream requires four years of military aircraft experience in lieu of an A&P Certificate. For A&P’s and Pilots, clients prefer candidates with light to middle size aircraft experience because it’s easier for them to transition into flying/maintaining business jets. Candidates with commercial experience is a “hurt” for me previously due to flying heavy (large) aircraft.

Fixed Base Operator (FBO) Aviation Concierge/Client Service

Provides excellence in client service, such as answering phones and general questions, scheduling rental cars, processing fuel payments, assisting clients and visitors, scheduling catering and additional duties as assigned.

Aircraft Sales

New and pre-owned aircraft sales and chartering for clients who lease their aircraft/fleet. When an owner sells their aircraft due to age or an upgrade, Sales Associates with previous sales experience is preferred for individuals and most businesses. For new aircraft sales, manufacturers will normally offer candidates with no experience and will train the sales rep.
