Our busy client located in Orlando, FL has an immediate need for one customer service representative on a long-term contract basis.

Customer Service Representative Role:
The Customer Service Representative will interact with members/clients via phone and email to assist them with inquiries, concerns and requests during pre and post broadcast activities.
Inbound calls directly from members with some outbound calling
Correspond with members/clients via email to answer any questions or resolve issues in a timely manner
Verify and update member information
Respond promptly to member/client inquiries and resolve member/client complaints
Enter member/client data into appropriate database and manage members' records to record details of inquiries, comments and complaints as well as record details of actions taken
Recognize, document and alert manager of trends in member calls

Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of customer service experience required
Must be computer literate and be able to work within multiple systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Medical knowledge/experience helpful but not required
