Our client based just north of Dallas, Texas in Collin County is experiencing growth and is seeking to hire an Associate Attorney to join their team. This opportunity is for an in-office, direct hire position.

Associate Attorney Role:

  • Seeking an individual dedicated to assisting families through challenging transitions with both empathy and expertise.
  • Responsibilities include managing and prioritizing a caseload of approximately 50 active family law cases, drafting legal documents, representing clients in various legal proceedings, and collaborating with a cohesive legal team to provide exceptional client service.
  • Expected to maintain a monthly billable hours target of around 120-130 hours.

Associate Attorney Background Profile:

  • 2-5 years of experience in family law.
  • Demonstrated commitment to family law as a long-term career choice.
  • Strong courtroom presence and the ability to effectively handle a high caseload independently.
  • Characteristics include integrity, transparent communication, and a team-oriented approach.
  • Preferred candidates should be willing to work in-office, and immediate availability is a plus.
