On various sites across the network, users have reported that they are unable to move comments to chat when the system detects 'extensive discussion', and no error message is visible.

Some of them have been tagged , one of them even by a staff member, but this problem isn't likely to be resolved before Monday, it deserves to be more well-known across the network.
