Each product uses one simple usage metric. Guest WiFi is priced per Access Point (a physical radio on your network). MDU WiFi is priced per Personal Network (one resident or unit). Cloud Network Access Control is priced per User (an employee, contractor, or visitor). You only pay for what you actively use in a given month, and every plan includes the full feature set.

Yes. Each product has its own subscription but they share one Cloud4Wi account, so you can mix them and manage everything from a single dashboard. For example, a retail group can run Guest WiFi in stores and MDU WiFi in corporate housing at the same time, with separate billing lines for each product. You add or remove products as your needs change.

No. Cloud4Wi is hardware-independent and runs on top of the access points and controllers you already own — Cisco, Aruba, Mist, Ruckus, Extreme, and other RADIUS-compatible vendors. There's no rip-and-replace, no proprietary controller, and no firmware lock-in. You deploy it as a cloud layer and roll out site by site, which is why most customers go live in hours rather than months.

Every plan includes the MyData Portal for consent capture and subject-access requests, configurable data-retention policies, and regional hosting — privacy controls are built in, not a paid add-on. Cloud4Wi is also SOC 2 Type II certified and registered in the CSA STAR registry. Dedicated Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are available on Enterprise contracts for organizations that require them.
