Not all OpenAI Codex prompts are created equal. ≠⚖️ When writing tasks in Codex, the key to getting good results is writing prompts that describe one focused task- a specific piece of work with clear, defined boundaries. Kesha Williams guides users through what to build, which behaviors to implement and where to stop as you create but also refine, repair, deploy, and monitor your projects. Using AI is a lot like managing a team. If the team isn’t performing, a good manager adjusts the goals, clarifies expectations etc. The question isn’t “Why is the AI bad?” it’s “What can I change in my prompt, context, or constraints to help it do better? AI performs to the level of our expectations. If you don’t expect much, AI tends to give minimal output. But when you expect more, ask better questions, and provide richer context, you get stronger outputs. Before Whitney Johnson could build the career she wanted, she had to disrupt how she talked to herself. 💭 She points to the power of simple “I am” statements that reshape how we see what is possible. Use nouns instead of verbs. ✅ "I am a leader." ✅ "I am a disruptor." If it's hard to get to that point, try adding "good enough." ✅ "I am a good enough parent." ✅ "I am a good enough friend." The words you repeat quietly shape the future you believe you are allowed to have. 🌱 Check out the course here: https://lnkd.in/dp4rhPsn #PersonalDevelopment #Mindset

What if your SQL “helper” agent runs perfectly but still deletes 10,000+ rows because it misunderstood your intent? 😅 In Build with AI: SQL AI Agents in Production, Rami Krispin shows you the core design principles, guardrails, and validation steps that turn impressive demos into production-ready agents. Stick around to learn the patterns for safety, error handling, and observability so your agents stay powerful and safe when real users and real data are on the line. Good conversations aren't about impressing people. They're about making people feel comfortable enough to keep talking. Jefferson Fisher breaks it down. 👉 Stop showing off Resist the urge to prove what you know or who you know. Curiosity lands better than credentials. 👉 Don’t outshine Sharing a similar story can shut someone down if it turns into comparison. Give them their moment. 👉 Be fully present No scanning the room. No checking your phone. Distractions signal that your attention is elsewhere. When people feel heard, they open up and conversations become connections. ✨ Check out the course here: https://lnkd.in/dvJA3igq #Communication #InterpersonalCommunication

This idea from James Clear's book, Atomic Habits, is etched in my mind: ➡️ When we focus on making tiny changes in our day to day, the effects are like compound interest on our productivity. But I like to apply it far beyond productivity. Like ➡️ When we resource our needs a few times a day, the effects are like compound interest on our wellbeing. During disruption and change, we can’t always predict what’s coming our way. It can feel like an avalanche of potential demand and burnout risk. But research shows that even when demands are high, the right resources can protect our wellbeing*. So, when you’re in a phase of change, this switch can help: instead of trying to control unforeseen demands, try to focus on reliable resources to see you through*. What are they for you? #Change #Disruption #Wellbeing

How can you get comfortable using AI to become a 10X leader? Treat AI like you treat your coworker: talk to it. In Habits and Prompts for 10X Leadership with Adam Brotman and Andy Sack, they stress that prompting is collaboration, not search. Give AI a role, a goal, and be explicit about the output you want. 💡 Watch here: https://lnkd.in/gMTyeUJR #AILeadership #PromptEngineering

Merging CSV files sounds easy, until columns are missing and data lives in different places. Lachezar Arabadzhiev shows how Claude can help without turning it into a spreadsheet marathon. 📊 Claude compares files, finds what they have in common, and fills in what’s missing based on real connections. No formulas. No copy-paste cleanup. The real win is offloading structured data work so you can stop managing rows and start focusing on what the data is telling you. 💡 Check out the course here: https://lnkd.in/dNct5jJJ #ArtificialIntelligence #AI #Claude

AI works best as a collaborator, and the quality of the output is based on the clarity of your input. Jennifer Baker reframes what actually makes AI useful: better briefs. 📝 Try prompting with the RCTCF framework: R - Role C - Context T - Task C - Constraints F - Format Give AI the same grounding you would give a human teammate. Who it should be? What does it need to know? When you do that, responses are far more aligned with what you actually need. ⚡ Check out the course here: https://lnkd.in/esCDwrwF #ArtificialIntelligence #AI #Learning #Development #Strategy
