  • Panic attacks don't play by the rules. Even for NBA All-Stars. When Kevin Love experienced a panic attack mid-game, it changed the way he approached his mental health — on and off the court. Kevin now relies on breathwork as one way to manage his anxiety. “I don’t think most people breathe right,” he said. “I certainly don’t. I forget to exhale.” Kevin also leans on nature, workouts and journaling to help, but knows mental health support is not one-size-fits-all. “You can’t treat two people the same way… everybody is unique and processes things differently.” What techniques help you manage stress and anxiety at work?
