Kelly-Jo Potts Grace Blacksea Can I kindly suggest something to your team? I've seen a few Live events from LinkedIn now and there is just A FLOOD of comments constantly, so its almost impossible to keep up with any relevant links or answers to key points on here (Ex: today alot of people asked what "A.D.D." and smart methods stood for. Is there a way you all could post those things in the "About" tab where is gives a summary and guests of the live session that way you don't have to scroll back up (since you also you can't stop the comments tab movement unless you hit "reply" to someone specifically) Just my opinion since viewing a few of these! 😊 👍

Just watching Matt answer these questions gives me a model of how to answer interview questions. He looks directly into the camera lens, not at Andrew, uses his hands, and has obviously rehearsed many of these answers.
how to handle the employment gap?
can I mindmeld your brain on my next interview!!
As of January 1st 2026, companies are required by law to post a salary range. At least in Canada.
The goal is not to have a flawless interview. The goal is to demonstrate clarity, maturity, and leadership even when the conversation shifts.
I hate the question "Why do you want to work for this company?" I don't necessarily want to work for the company. I want that specific job. I can answer why I want that job. How can I answer this question without sounding phony?
In my opinion, all job postings should have salary range but I find many do not! This would keep job applicants & companies from wasting time.
I can see now that attending and participating in Toastmasters helped me build my communication skills.
