AI is changing how we shop—and it’s happening faster than we expected. With Copilot + Bing, we’ve seen the path to purchase shrink by 30%. That’s not just efficiency—it’s a shift in how people make decisions. Retailers are catching on fast, and we’re already experimenting with brand-immersive experiences in Copilot. The future of commerce? It’s conversational, and AI is leading the way. Microsoft’s Paul Longo shared more on this at CES—check it out here: https://lnkd.in/gy4gmjDP

Years ago in Stanford's robotics lab, I was teaching robots "mundane" tasks like making coffee. Today, as enterprise leaders learn to manage AI digital labor to automate tasks, those early robotics lessons feel more relevant than ever. In my latest blog, I explore the fascinating convergence of physical and digital AI that’s emerging today, and what it means for the future of work. Would love for you to read— and better yet, share how you see AI and robotics reshaping your industry. #FutureOfWork #AI #EnterpriseAI #Robotics https://sforce.co/4gQEjgl

AI is no longer limited to the cloud. It's in our homes, cars, offices and wearables. A new MIT Technology Review report, produced in partnership with Arm, explores how heterogenous compute is making distributed AI possible, supporting smarter and more secure user experiences. To further AI innovation, discover why this trajectory must continue 👇

What won’t change matters just as much as what will! Jeff Bezos once said: “Don’t ask what will change in the next 10 years—ask what won’t.” That mindset deeply shaped my thinking during my time at #Amazon. While we chase innovation and adapt to change, it’s the unchanging expectations—like speed, trust, and value—that should ground us. But here’s the balance: embrace change boldly, as long as it serves what customers will always care about. Here are 3 timeless + timely tips: 1️⃣ Deliver Consistently – Trust is earned by showing up reliably, every time. 2️⃣ Evolve With Purpose – Innovate, but stay anchored in what matters most to your customers. 3️⃣ Respect Time & Attention – Whether through speed or simplicity, this never stops mattering. And even as #AI reshapes how we operate, it’s still the timeless needs—speed, trust, value—that will separate brands that thrive from those that fade. What’s one customer truth you think will never change? 👇 #Leadership #Business #Strategy #Innovation #Culture

Last week, we released the 2025 Work Trend Index—and the response has been incredible. I’ve loved hearing from customers and partners about how the data is sparking real conversations around the rise of the Frontier Firm—organizations that are reimagining work with AI at the core. This year’s report marks a turning point: 82% of leaders say 2024 is a pivotal year to rethink strategy and operations, and 81% expect AI agents to be deeply integrated into workflows within the next 12 to 18 months. We’re seeing the shift from experimentation to real transformation—where AI evolves from a helpful assistant to a digital colleague, and eventually a key driver of entire business processes. Thanks to Fast Company for the thoughtful coverage of the report and this new chapter of work. The road ahead is full of potential—and AI, when applied with intention, can help every organization become a Frontier Firm. https://lnkd.in/gAEV9Y_H
