Microsoft RAI Partner initiative: new partners and benefits

This title was summarized by AI from the post below.

The Microsoft Responsible AI (RAI) Partner initiative is a foundational framework for how software development companies can build trust, drive innovation, and collaborate more effectively with customers and the broader ecosystem. By fostering a culture of transparency, shared learning, and ethical AI practices, this initiative helps partners: - Align with Microsoft’s Responsible AI Standard and principles, ensuring AI systems are safe, inclusive, and accountable. - Access technical and market insights to accelerate responsible AI deployment. - Collaborate across the ecosystem to share best practices and mitigate risks in real-world AI applications. We are delighted to welcome new partners onboard who are helping to shape and scale this ecosystem. Their expertise and commitment are key to enriching our collective approach to responsible AI. Glad to see some of our software development companies as new partners: BlueYonder Hitachi Digital Services  ServiceNow  Veeam Software https://lnkd.in/gwV78rm2

I’m encouraged to see players like Microsoft putting an intentional focus on RAI. In an age where consent is scoffed at and many consider any steps forward steps worth taking, we need some of the big players helping shine a light on a different path. And, it’s not a zero-sum game. While many frame RAI up as a barrier or a blockade, it’s about designing more sustainable solutions that keep a tight focus on the end-game, not just what’s at the end of our noses.

Love this framing. Responsible AI isn’t just about risk mitigation — it’s about designing for trust at scale. I wonder how soon we’ll see ‘responsibility scorecards’ baked into partner and product evaluations the same way we treat security or performance today.

Welcome new partners onboard who are helping to shape and scale this ecosystem!
