A great SaaS product doesn’t start with code. It starts with conviction. If you don’t believe in the transformation behind your technology – nobody else will. When we started building GIRI, we didn’t say: “Let’s build a digital instruction technology.” We said: “Let’s rethink how people learn on the job.” That belief guided every product decision we made: -> Keep it visual -> Keep it fast -> Keep it embedded in the flow of work From what we’ve seen: Tech can be great, but without a clear belief driving it, even the best tools won’t survive the reality of operations.
