A project a little closer to home. We’re currently leading construction on MononWorks, a new multi-purpose commercial space in the building where our own office lives — which means our jobsite is about as close as it gets. Located just off the Monon Trail in Meridian Kessler, the vision for this space is simple: create a destination people can walk or bike to, gather in, and enjoy as part of the neighborhood. The first tenant we’re excited to share? A bouldering gym coming to the space: Ripple Boulder! More businesses inside MononWorks will be announced as they’re finalized. For now, here’s a look at what we’ve been working on.
