    Abstract: The Executive Class program is a leadership learning community with an entrepreneurial focus. This co-curricular program was designed to assist students interested in business and corporate America. Partnerships have been created both on campus and in the community, allowing for shared resources and expanded networking connections for the student participants.

The presenter will not only discuss the program as it stands, but also the history of the program from concept to design and improvements that have been made along the way. The hope is that participants will be able to use this innovative program as inspiration for developing entrepreneurial focused programming on their own campuses.

    In 2011, I assisted in the design and implementation of a new Tutor Training and Certification Program for the Tarrant County College District. The program is certified through the CRLA-International Tutor Training Certification Program for a Level 1 and Level 2 certificate. I continue to train tutors as well as develop other tutor trainers across the district. We have trained over 200 student and professional tutors.
