It misses some of the cooling and gaming features tha Rm11 has as Rm11 misses the quality of the cameras. If you want the best performer in terms of gaming you choose Rm11, if you are photomaniac you choose Z80 Ultra. Both phones are very good for their purpose. Z80 ultra can play games but not at the same level as Rm11 and Rm11 can take photos but not at the same quality as Z80 ultra.

The charging time is irrelevant between 80w and 120w because it's a matter of a few minutes. It's not like it's the end of the world and you have to charge it 10 minutes earlier. As for the battery life, you're talking nonsense again. The differences between the phones you mentioned and the RM are imperceptible and the cooling systems consume little and you won't even notice this in terms of battery life. The price for what the phone offers is pure charity, there's nothing better than this for this money.

The GPU sustained performance is always better with Redmagic.
The CPU sustained performance is better with Redmagic with exception of the OnePlus 15, but only when using the "gaming assistant".
So the phone is better compared to the others for sustained performances and/or price (e.g. 250€ less than the OnePlus 15). It is also better for the other performance benchmarks. It is better if you want a 3.5mm jack. It is better if you don't want an hole in your screen. It is better if you don't want a screen with big rounded corners. It is better if you don't want camera bumps. It is better for fast wireless charging.
And yes for other metrics it may be worse, that's why this phone has its place in its niche.

Not throttling means not overheating, which is more comfortable for users. The gaming experience will be smoother as the frame rate won't suddenly significantly drop. Not throttling means almost 100% stability at all time. Not overheating means using less power and results in better battery life. The SoC designers can test their SoCs with standard cooling to find out the optimal clock speeds.

1) It won't throttle while playing normal games, it might during emulation, but even there there's still advantages to a higher clock speed.
2) You still haven't provided a single advantage to having a capped clock speed by default, while still repeating the same thing over and over without disproving any of my points.
3) For the last f******g time, YOU CAN'T DECIDE WHAT'S THE CLOCK SPEED AT WHICH THE SOC WON'T THROTTLE WITHOUT LOSING PERFORMANCE BECAUSE OF ALL THE VARIABLES THAT GO WITH IT. YOU JUST CAN'T. THERE IS NO BENEFIT TO LOCKING IT TO 2GHZ WHEN THROTTLING WILL DO THE SAME WHILE MAYBE GIVING 2.5 OR 3 IN BETTER SCENARIOS.
4) In all the other cases where the CPU will clock higher than 2Ghz but not long enough to throttle THEN YES, THERE WILL BE HUGE F******G BENEFITS.

So if 2 GHz is more than enough, there is no benefit in using 4 GHz. Actually, when performing light tasks, the SoC won't run at 4 GHz anyway. Howerver, the SoC will throttle in about 10 minutes or less under heavy load such as playing a demanding game and lower the clock speed from 4 GHz to 2 GHz. What is the point then? Do you want high performance gaming for only about 10 minutes at the beginning? It's for marketing. There may be some very specific use cases that benefit from this, but in most cases it's useless outside benchmarking.

1) You lose peak performance, you don't seem to understand that in everyday use sustained performance is only one face of the coin. 4ghz vs 2ghz will open apps twice as fast, load web pages twice as fast and so on while not throttling because you're not holding that clocks for long periods of time like in benchmarks.
2) The clock speed that a chip can hold without throttling depends on a lot of external factors, it's not a one-size-fit-all. Ambient temperature, is it under direct sunlight or not, are you holding your phone in your hand or is it on a stand, does it have a protective case on it, is it charging, is the GPU also being stressed or not, how is the thermal paste application on the chip, is the thermal paste fresh or is it dry. All those things influence the potential top performance, the "2ghz" might be cutting 50% of the performance for someone who's playing a game while having the phone on a case with a cooling fan while still making the soc heat too much for someone who's browsing a web page at the beach. So no, sustained performance will not be the same.

Basically all the background processes run on the efficiency cores to use less power and drain less battery while the stuff you run on purpose will be a little bit of both. It doesn't need to be a benchmark or a heavy emulation to utilize the full potential of the chip, lots of stuff will benefit from a nice burst of performance for a few seconds or minutes, making the phone snappier, which is what people expect from flagship CPU (nowadays even from midrange). Web browsing, games loading or just not particularly optimized ones that will keep being smooth instead of stuttering, video conversion or editing, camera image processing, and so on and so on.

First of all, the GPU generally doesn't throttle nearly as much as CPUs, and that's valid for smartphones, laptop and desktops. You need extreme cases like an nvidia 5090 to have a chip really output a lot of heat. Secondly, again, you don't need to utilize 100% of the cpu or gpu all the time, most games have their FPS capped anyway. But, for example, it will happen that a game runs smootly at say 60fps while using 70% of the gpu clock, having that headroom is still necessary for those moments with a couple extra effects or a higher draw distance to have the framerate stay high instead of dropping just because the chip was capped to avoid throttling.
Tl;dr. Throttling is expected behaviour, stop demonizing it. I also would bet my left nut that if they marketed it as "dynamic CPU clock" as an alternative to a capped clock speed by default like you're suggesting, you would be all over it and demanding that all manufacturers implement it.
