They are working hard and doing really great jobs...
In my opinion, Sony must build 18 Angstrôm (1.8 Nm) Chip for Phones, Tablets and Mobile PC's...

It's quite straightforward if u ask me - they are selling less and less phones so it's more expensive to produce one unit. A factory/company with more demand can cut the costs with more volume.
