I replaced my entire SEO workflow with one AI tool. Not ChatGPT. Not Gemini. Claude. And most SEOs haven't even tried it yet. I was spending 3 hours per article on research, briefs, meta tags, and internal linking. Now I do the same work in 40 minutes. Same quality. Half the stress. Here's exactly how I use Claude for every SEO task: 1. Research → Keyword Research & Clustering Paste your seed keywords. Claude groups them by search intent — informational, transactional, navigational — and maps out topic clusters for topical authority. What used to take me half a day now takes 10 minutes. 2. On-Page SEO → Meta Titles & Descriptions Paste your page content. Claude writes 3 to 5 title tag and meta description variants — keyword placed, under 60 characters, optimized for higher CTR. No more staring at a blank box wondering what to write. 3. Technical → Schema Markup Generator Paste your page, product, article, or FAQ. Claude outputs clean JSON-LD schema ready to drop straight into your head tag. Zero developer required. This alone saves my clients hundreds of dollars a month. 4. Linking → Internal Link Strategy Paste your list of URLs and page topics. Claude maps which pages should link to which — with anchor text suggestions matched to your exact keyword targets. Perfect for sites with 50+ posts that have never had a deliberate internal link plan. 5.Planning → Content Brief Generation Give Claude a keyword. It outputs a full brief — H1, H2s, word count, entities, FAQs to answer, and internal link suggestions. Ready for any writer to pick up and execute without a single follow-up question. 6.Writing → SEO-Optimised Article Writing Give Claude a brief and keyword. It writes a full article — hook intro, structured H2s, target keyword in the first 100 words, FAQ section, and a CTA at the end. Ready to publish. This is a game changer for solo founders who can't afford an agency. 7. Analysis → Competitor Content Analysis Paste a competitor article or URL. Claude finds their content gaps, missed topics, and angles you can own to outrank them on the SERP fast. I run this before writing every single piece of content now. 8. Repurpose → Repurpose for New Intent Paste an old article. Claude rewrites it for a completely different intent — turns a "what is X" post into a high-intent "best X for Y" piece without starting from scratch. Incredible for aged content stuck on page 2 or 3. 9. Reporting → Automate SEO Reporting Paste your GSC or Ahrefs data. Claude writes a structured monthly SEO report — wins, drops, opportunities, and a prioritized 30-day action plan — in minutes. I used to spend 4 hours on client reports. Now it takes 20 minutes. I promise you'll wonder why you waited this long. Which of these 9 use cases are you trying first? 👇 ❤️ Save this, your complete Claude SEO workflow in one place. ♻️ Repost to help someone reclaim hours of their week right now. ➕ Follow me for weekly AI tools and SEO systems that actually move the needle.

In the past 7 days, my n8n automations did the equivalent of 153 hours of SEO work. That’s about four full-time employees. If you consider studies showing knowledge workers average only ~4 hours of meaningful work per day, you could argue it’s closer to eight. The work being automated is the repetitive execution. The work I actually do is planning and implementing growth roadmaps. That's the fun, high-leverage part of SEO most people wish they had more time for. The workflows I’ve built mirror exactly how I’d do the work manually. They run nonstop, freeing me to focus on strategy and execution. That’s why the impact compounds. And this is just my personal account. When I factor in client automations, the hours saved are far higher. The reality is I’m already matching the workload of a small SEO agency without building a team. Automation handles the repetitive parts, and I get to focus on the growth levers. This is the future: operators running an army of agents while spending their own energy on strategic planning and high-impact moves. When you replace manual hours with automation, you don’t just save time. You reclaim the best part of your work and scale the value you deliver.

Please STOP obsessing over creating more content. I see too many businesses churning out endless blog posts, product pages, and random content like they’re in some kind of "content arms race"—and failing miserably. Do this instead: ✔️ Conduct a ruthless content audit—stop guessing and use data to identify what’s underperforming. ✔️ Delete or consolidate redundant pages—less is more if what’s left is high-impact. ✔️ Focus on your BEST content—optimize what drives traffic or conversions. ✔️ Eliminate keyword cannibalization—combine similar pieces into ONE clear authority. ✔️ Track the impact and refine as needed—SEO isn’t static, neither should your strategy be. Bloated sites packed with outdated junk confuse search engines, irritate users, and destroy your authority. When I deleted 75% of an enterprise client’s content, their rankings didn’t just improve—they exploded. Why? Because search engines reward relevance, quality, and authority—not quantity. Stop wasting your budget creating filler and managing digital dead weight. Do what works: Audit. Prune. Refine. Watch your rankings soar while your competitors drown in their own bloat.

Over the last 2 years, I've helped businesses streamline operations using AI Agents and Automation workflows. But I still found myself doing manual tasks every week. One of them is SEO checks. Whenever I'd get an email from Google Search Console, I'd end up checking Analytics, Search Console, PageSpeed... Thinking: "How are our top pages performing?" So I decided to automate the whole thing. 💡 Here's what I built using n8n: 🔰 Weekly SEO bot that pulls performance data from GA & GSC 🔰 Auto-checks PageSpeed scores for key pages 🔰 Flags performance drops & sends a clean summary 🔰 Only sends alerts when something needs attention 🔰 Monthly & quarterly review reminders built in The best part? It runs completely in the background. No more "I'll check SEO later", that turns into never. This week, I'm sharing 5 automation workflows I've built to enhance my business processes. Tomorrow: how I automated ... What's that one task you keep thinking to do but never find time for, because it takes forever to do manually? Drop a comment or DM, especially if you're in recruiting or hiring ops. #n8n #Automation #SEO #Workflow #AI #AIAgent

Rethinking SEO: Sprints > Endless Checklists 1) Problem with “Always-on” SEO: SEO checklists often turn into endless, unfocused task lists without measurable impact or strategic prioritization. 2) Why It Fails: Teams end up “just doing SEO”—but without clear goals or outcomes, efforts may not support business objectives and can lead to burnout. 3) What are SEO Sprints?: Time-bound (e.g., 4-week) focused efforts with a specific objective—like content optimization, technical fixes, or link building. 4) Sprint Structure: Each sprint has a clear goal, measurable outputs, a retrospective review, and insights to inform the next one. 5) Advantages of Sprints: – Sharp focus on high-impact work. – Greater agility—adjust mid-work based on results. – Stronger accountability with before/after comparisons. – Better alignment with business KPIs like revenue and leads—not just rankings. 6) But Checklists Still Matter: Routine tasks like crawl error fixes or technical maintenance remain essential—but should support strategy, not define it. Key takeaway: Move from vague to strategic—optimize with SEO sprints, not unending checklists. What’s one SEO focus you'd turn into a sprint—content, technical fixes, or link building? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Here's a genuinely great workflow to improve your website's technical SEO and domain rating using Claude Cowork (THIS IS NOT A LEAD MAGNET) Every SEO agency charges $3-10K/month and focuses on content. More blogs. More keywords. More pages. Meanwhile your website has 200 technical issues stopping Google from ranking anything. Content doesn't matter if your technical SEO is broken. Fix the foundation first. Here's what you need: → Ahrefs subscription → Google Search Console connected to your site → Claude Pro or Max plan 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭: Run an Ahrefs Site Audit Go to Ahrefs → Site Audit → run a full crawl of your site. It flags every technical issue: broken URLs, missing H1 tags, missing alt text, redirect chains, orphaned pages, slow load times. Hit "Export All." Download the zip file with every issue and affected page. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮: Export your unindexed pages Go to Google Search Console → Pages → "Not Indexed." These are pages you built that Google literally can't see. Your content exists but search engines don't know it. Export this list. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯: Create a folder called "Technical Fixes" Drop both exports in there. The Ahrefs files and the Search Console export. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰: Feed it all to Claude Cowork This is the important part. Don't just paste files into a regular Claude chat. Use Cowork. Regular Claude chats burn through context limits fast with large exports and start hallucinating fixes when the files get too big. Cowork handles the full folder, processes files properly, and keeps accuracy high across the entire audit. Open Cowork. Upload the folder. Use this prompt: "You're a technical SEO analyst for early-stage startups. Go through all these files. List every issue ranked by: highest impact + easiest to fix on top, lowest impact + hardest to fix at the bottom. Create a step-by-step game plan with time estimates. My site is built on [Framer/Webflow/your platform]." 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟱: Execute from the top Cowork gives you a prioritized fix list with exact instructions. Start at the top. Highest impact, lowest effort. Your Ahrefs health score climbs within days. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟲: Resubmit your sitemap manually After you've made the fixes, go to Google Search Console → Sitemaps → resubmit your sitemap yourself. Do not wait for Google to recrawl on its own. That can take weeks. Force the reindex. This affects how Google ranks you AND how AI search engines cite you. We ran this at Valley. It works. It needs 30 minutes and a Claude subscription, and notice how I could talk about a claude cowork usecase without making it a lead magnet. Fix your technical SEO before you write another blog post. The moment you have excellent technical SEO - go berserk with blogs and other content.

🛒 Scaling eCommerce Brands with Google Ads | I challenge “best practices” that don’t work in actual accounts

Staring at 50+ attributes in your Google Shopping feed and feeling overwhelmed? You’re looking at the problem incorrectly. The key isn't to "optimize" everything. The key is to split the work into two distinct jobs: ➤ Feed Hygiene: This is your foundation. It's pass or fail. Attributes like GTIN and Availability belong here. Your only job is to be 100% accurate. This doesn't make you profit; it just stops you from being disqualified before the game starts. The good news? You set it up correctly once, and you rarely touch it again. ➤ Feed Optimization: This is the strategic work. This is where you pull ahead of the competition. It's where you focus on high-impact attributes like your Title and Product_Type to drive visibility and build powerful campaign structures. Most agencies and managers blend these tasks, leading to wasted hours on low-impact changes. Separating them brings clarity and focuses your effort where it counts. I just released a new video breaking down this exact framework. I cover how to build your "Hygiene" foundation and then walk through the specific attributes you should actually be optimizing for performance. Watch it here to learn the process 👇 https://lnkd.in/gKD6t5QZ

We increased our clients’ SEO revenue by an average of 105% last year. Here are 14 prioritized tasks my team of SEO experts did every time: #1 Keyword Research → Find the keywords competitors are using. → SEMRush is a tool that makes this easy. #2 Technical & Indexability Issues → Google cares about site performance. → Fix broken links and improve speed. #3 Architecture Analysis → Make your site clear, logical, and efficient. → Ease of navigation is key for users and crawlers. #4 Primary Page Creation → If you sell it, it needs its own page. → More pages = more traffic opportunities. #5 Title Tag & Description Optimization → Write accurate and compelling meta descriptions. → This will have a huge impact on your CTR. #6 H1 Optimizations → Use relevant and keyword-rich text. → This helps with ranking and user readability. #7 Product Listing Page Content Creation → Include descriptions, specs, and USPs. → Make sure it’s engaging and informative. #8 Product Page Optimizations → Use relevant keywords in titles, descriptions, and metadata. → Don’t forget to include a clear CTA. #9 Address Keyword Cannibalization or Duplicate Content Issues → Resist the urge to duplicate content. → Don’t let your pages compete with each other. #10 Blog Content Planning & Creation → Create content that aligns with your brand goals and audience interest. → Keep it high-quality and on a consistent schedule. #11 EEAT (Expertise, Experience, Authority, Trustworthiness) → Highlight your content creators’ credibility. → Use author bios that showcase their qualifications. #12 Schema Markup → This is how you get rich snippets to display in search results. → Voice search is reliant on schema and becoming more prevalent. #13 Internal Linking → Each page should include links to other pages on your site. → This distributes page authority and is crucial for SEO. #14 Backlinking → High Domain Authority (DA) links signal credibility. → These drive traffic and search engine ranking. I know it’s a long list, but I also know it works. And I’ve got a detailed post in the works for each item. Which one do you want to see first?

Stop Doing Checklist SEO SEO isn't a checklist. Technical audits aren’t always first. If you're still using that method, you're missing out. Here's a better way: The Quadrant Approach. I used it to scale a site from 0 to 100k traffic in 6 months. Why Most of the time checklist SEO fails: - Unequal Impact: Not all tasks matter equally. Checking off boxes doesn’t guarantee results. - Poor Prioritization: Focus on what drives growth. Checklist SEO can waste time on low-impact tasks. - Technical Audits Aren’t Always First: They can uncover “nice-to-haves” that don’t drive immediate growth. Fix critical issues first, then tackle tech debt. The Quadrant Approach: Top-Left (Low-Effort, High-Impact): Quick wins. Focus here first. Top-Right (High-Effort, High-Impact): Valuable but requires more work. Bottom-Left (Low-Effort, Low-Impact): Easy but minor gains. Bottom-Right (High-Effort, Low-Impact): Be cautious. Time-consuming with low returns. Why It Matters: Your time and budget are precious. Prioritize tasks that offer the most growth. Start with keyword research, title/meta tweaks, and new content. These often bring faster, bigger results. Ready to move beyond checklists? Let’s discuss a smarter approach. #SEOStrategy
