Inclusion on Eligible Training Provider List and WIOA-Approval Program Expansion in Alabama Paves the Way for Continued Growth in Other States

BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA — ThinkData Solutions, Inc (ThinkData) is proud to announce that its Data Analyst Bootcamp has been officially included on Alabama’s Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) and approved for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funding.

This recognition marks a significant milestone in ThinkData’s ongoing mission to make data literacy and high-impact analytics skills accessible to a broader workforce audience.

Building on this achievement is the expansion of the Data Analyst Bootcamp and the Data Analyst Apprenticeship to Louisiana and South Carolina. With this growth, residents of those states can now benefit from the same high-quality training and career support that has made the program a success in Alabama.

Inclusion on both the Alabama and Louisiana ETPL, and Alabama’s WIOA approval, means that eligible job seekers in these states can now access funding to enroll in ThinkData’s Data Analyst Bootcamp.

The program — known for its comprehensive, hands-on curriculum and industry-driven outcomes — is positioned to help more individuals launch rewarding careers in data analysis, supporting the state’s economic development and workforce readiness.

“We know the key to their growth is the ThinkData bootcamps and the way it is designed to engage the learner,” said ThinkData co-founder Robin E. Hunt. “After training thousands of people just in the last couple of years, we know that learning is an experience, and layers of learning can last throughout their careers.”

ThinkData’s Bootcamp prepares participants for the CompTIA Data+ certification, which is the only vendor-neutral, tools-agnostic credential designed to validate a holder’s hands-on data domain knowledge. This certification ensures graduates are equipped not only with practical skills application but also with a respected industry standard that demonstrates their ability to work across diverse data platforms and environments.

ThinkData is committed to further expansion and is actively exploring opportunities to bring its Data Analyst Bootcamp to additional states in the near future. The company aims to help bridge the talent gap in data analytics across the U.S., equipping individuals with the skills they need to thrive in today’s data-driven economy.

Applicants who seek to use WIOA funding should contact their local career center to determine their eligibility. Applications interested in support before checking with a career center can apply for a bootcamp on our website.

About ThinkData: ThinkData is an industry leader in data education, dedicated to developing practical, job-ready training programs that empower people to pursue rewarding careers in technology and analytics.

Congratulations, this is a strong milestone. Expanding access through WIOA is a meaningful step toward closing the data skills gap. The next challenge will be ensuring outcomes match scale: job placement, employer alignment, and continuous upskilling. Training is only the entry point; long-term impact depends on how well talent transitions into real roles.
