A final wrap-up on Mobile World Congress (MWC). 📣 100,000 delegates, including leaders across industries, policymakers, founders and tech innovators this was an #MWC25 to remember! During the show, I had the pleasure to chat with Javier Piedrahita from MarketingDirecto.com about some of the top methods brands can use to revolutionize the ways they interact with their customers. Here are some of the main takeaways from our discussion: 🤳 Rich Communications Services (RCS) not only provides consumers with a richer multimedia experience than SMS but it also makes the perceived risk of scams a thing of the past with features like branded messaging and verified sender IDs. Traditional text messages feel so last century while RCS offers a richer and more trusted experience without losing the ubiquity of SMS. 🗣️ Voice AI remains essential in customer engagement. If you miss a flight or your car breaks down, you need to communicate quickly. In these cases, voice still continues to play a key role. With solutions like Conversation Relay, we can optimize the handoff between virtual assistants and human agents, ensuring a seamless information flow and enhanced customer experiences.
