For us, it can look like a table full of snacks we grew up eating. 🍘 For API Heritage Month, Meta hosted a "Snacks from Your Childhood" tasting — a space where culture wasn't just acknowledged, it was celebrated, shared, and tasted. From Indian classics to Japanese favorites to Korean staples, every snack on that table represented someone's story. Alongside the tasting, Stephanie K., Product Manager at Instagram, organized a volunteer activation where Meta employees decorated meal bags for Heart of Dinner 愛心餐, a nonprofit delivering free meals to elderly Asian Americans in NYC. Not every career path requires a four-year degree — and Tennessee's students are proving it. 👷 🔧 Meta proudly presented Be Pro Be Proud TN Draft Day, connecting 500+ students with 30+ employers for on-the-spot recruitment into apprenticeships and careers in construction, electrical, and engineering — critical trades powering the buildout of Meta's global data center infrastructure. At the first Be Pro Be Proud TN Draft Day, we helped turn connections into careers. Since 2023, the Meta Gallatin Data Center has partnered with Be Pro Be Proud TN to engage over 50,000 students through immersive experiences using VR and other simulators.
