𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐚 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮? It’s about building an ecosystem where the people, private and public sectors come together. It’s about being adventurous and exploring new connections to create shared value. It’s the 5Cs in action: Communities, Corporates, Civil society, Clients, and Caregivers. It’s the whole village rallying for one another. And it’s something we should be proud of — a spirit that must multiply manifold. Taking a break is not always about resting—it can be about rediscovering purpose. At NVPC, we recognise the value of pausing to reflect, recharge, and gain new perspectives. That’s why we offer Take-a-Pause (TAP) Leave—two weeks of paid leave for every three years of service for our employees. For Lenard Pattiselanno, Senior Director of Community Leadership & Partnerships, his TAP leave was more than just a break—it was a journey of learning, family bonding, and self-discovery. From spending quality time with loved ones to picking up new skills, Lenard embraced this time to reflect on what truly matters. His biggest takeaway? Purpose isn’t just tied to a job title—it’s something we can craft in many ways. Read about his experience here: https://lnkd.in/gNbt_469
