Polling Day is on Saturday, 3 May. They are under oath to keep the voter’s choice secret. The above information and other voting information can be found here: https://lnkd.in/gescATKJ If any voter requires further assistance, please call 1800-CALL-ELD (1800-225-5353) or email ELD at contact@eld.gov.sg. We were delighted to host the Sarawak Ministry of Women, Early Childhood, and Community Wellbeing Development at the Enabling Village last week — a space designed with inclusion in mind. The visit provided an opportunity to share about SG Enable’s multifaceted approach to disability inclusion, from building accessible infrastructure to enabling lifelong learning and meaningful employment for persons with disabilities. Through a tour of the Enabling Village, the delegation saw for themselves, how inclusive design can empower individuals to live independently, feel accepted for who they are, and be recognised for their unique contributions. The visit was an engaging and thoughtful exchange of perspectives. As the focal agency for disability and inclusion in Singapore, we look forward to continued conversations that inspire new ideas and approaches in the disability landscape here and beyond. #InclusiveSociety #EnabledLives #DisabilityInclusion

As the focal agency for disability and inclusion in Singapore, we are proud to be part of Expo 2025 Osaka, supporting the Singapore Pavilion in showcasing our nation’s commitment to an inclusive society where persons with disabilities are empowered to live, learn, work, and play. Through strategic collaborations and thought leadership, we are highlighting Singapore's progress in embedding accessibility across design, digital innovation, education, and community life. We also had the privilege of consulting on the Pavilion’s accessible design and facilitating disability awareness training for the Singapore Tourism Board through our Enabling Academy. In partnership with the i’mable Collective, we’re excited to feature 15 incredible artworks by artists with disabilities, originally showcased at National Day Parade 2020-2024, now on display at the Pavilion. This is a testament to the diverse talents within our community. From accessible technology to inclusive spaces, SG Enable’s presence at Expo 2025 underscores Singapore’s vision of a future where no one is left behind, and where inclusion fuels innovation. Don’t miss the special highlight of our participation – the “Building Inclusive Spaces” Fireside Chat on May 15th. Join experts from architecture, design, tech and hospitality like Mr. Alvin Tan, Ms. Beh Siew Kim, Dr. Henry Tsang and Mr. Tze Lee for an insightful discussion on how inclusion drives progress. Joining them will be our iChamp Joshua Tseng who will share his lived experience as a person with disability. After the chat, guests will take a tour of the Pavilion’s accessible design. We had the pleasure of engaging over 100 graduating students last week at Worldskills Singapore to explore meaningful careers within the disability sector, focusing on the role of job coaches. Job Coaches Ginger from APSN Delta Senior School and Andre from SG Enable shared their experiences supporting persons with disabilities, highlighting the importance of tailored support and skills development to help them thrive at work. They also touched on how job preparation, matching, accessibility planning and ongoing coaching were instrumental to championing inclusive employment. As the disability sector enabler, cultivating a pipeline of talent to champion disability-inclusive employment is part of what we do. Those interested in becoming a Job Coach can check out the Enabling Skills and Competencies Framework (ESCF) to find out what it takes to step up to the role – from identifying key growth areas to customised personalised skills development among others. At the kind invitation of our Board Member, Mr Seow Kee Gan and Ryan Lim, MSID, QED’s founding partner, SG Enable was pleased to take part in QED’s Lunch, Learn & Lead Series, where our CEO, Ms Lee May Gee, shared practical insights and real-world examples on how inclusive hiring practices can benefit both businesses and society.
