Great to see this work in action! This has been led by Jo Lock, with Daniel Burgess and Lachlan Fisher right alongside, bringing it to life. What stands out to me is the discipline behind it. This hasn’t happened by chance. It’s come from doing things differently - building capability internally, keeping learning close to the work, and creating the structure for people to be assessed and signed off as they go. Frequent feedback from the assessor highlights that the standard of work completed by the New Plymouth team is exceptionally high.
