Advertising on the internet uses aggressive tracker technologies. As you intend to force these deceptive looking adverts down user's throats, are you also going to let advertisers employ trackers in their adverts?

This is particularly important as presumably user identifies will be accessible by the advertiser's "code".

The odds that such behavior doesn't get Stack Overflow users to all start using e.g. uBlock Origin to block trackers (and the adverts they came in with) seems pretty close to a certainty to me. Or people who understand these thing (i.e. the majority of users on Stack Overflow) will just stop using the site. Not sure how any of this will end up improving visitor numbers or user engagement in the medium term, never mind the long term.
