Description
Create the subagent handoff workflow specification for Design Thinking coaching. This instruction file defines how the DT coach dispatches subagents during handoff transitions at space boundaries, covering three workflows: readiness assessment, artifact compilation, and handoff validation.
This supports the handoff contract (#583) by defining the operational mechanics of subagent dispatch during DT-to-RPI lateral transitions.
