feat(agents): add dt-learning-tutor agent for DT education

Description

Add the Design Thinking Learning Tutor agent (dt-learning-tutor.agent.md), a conversational teaching agent that provides structured DT education through a syllabus-driven curriculum. The tutor covers all 9 DT methods with comprehension checks, adaptive learner levels (beginner/intermediate/advanced), and a handoff to dt-coach when learners are ready for project work.
