How did you get the cover so that it rotated out of the slot?DelphicOracle– DelphicOracle2025-12-30 00:20:02 +00:00Commented 2 days ago

I just pulled and turned it. I unscrewed it all the way to the end yet it won’t come off.OneSport3– OneSport32025-12-30 00:23:58 +00:00Commented 2 days ago

3What's on the other side of the door. Pictures would help, too.DelphicOracle– DelphicOracle2025-12-30 01:39:01 +00:00Commented 2 days ago

Rotate the outside cover of the knob around 1/4 turn. It looks like there's a slip notch on the right-hand side of the cover. If so, the cover should slip right off once you hit it. Once the cover is off there will either be a set screw or a center nut. Loosen or remove it and you're good to go.

Hey, great to hear! I'm surprised that since you got it out that far that it didn't slip at some point and rotate to where it needed to be. I always dread dealing with these types of covers for this exact reason :) Glad I could help out!Chuck Terry– Chuck Terry2026-01-01 00:04:24 +00:00Commented 11 hours ago
