It all depends on the price, because the most basic version is a little bit better than the Steam Deck. Right now, the 512 GB Steam Deck costs $550. So I imagine the Xbox Portable in the most basic version will cost $550, $600.

The base model really needs to be cheap as its just a overclocked version of steam decks APU.
