In Europe, where I live, I have not heard of such a case so far, because it would be a reputational damage to the merchant.
People, who have directly purchased phones from China, write here. This forum is followed by thousands and at least here it must have been shared, that someone has already been scammed by this chinese "Excel table".

Samsung and Apple are midtrrangers compared to Xiaomi 15 Ultra in terms of specs.
Yes they use best CPU and GPU on the martket but pther specs are not so flagship grade.

My opinion about Vivo is based on the video reviews I've seen, and there the difference is very obvious - in favor of Vivo.
Whether I'll become a Vivo fanboy will be seen, when I buy the X200 Ultra. You convinced me to buy it.
The iPhone can compete with Vivo only in night video, shot only with the main camera. The advantage in the other cameras is in favor of Vivo.

I'm sure GSMARENA will also do a review of the Vivo. Its reviewers are located in Sofia, Bulgaria- EU.
The TECHTABLETS reviewer is a Brit, living with his family in Spain. He said that he has already chosen the Vivo X200 Ultra as his permanent phone for everyday use. He said, that the X200 Ultra has two problems in Europe, that are minor for him - the chinese bloatware (which he has minimized "by 99%") and the warranty - if a part of the phone breaks (such as the display), he has to purchase that part from China. But there is a solution to this problem - it is called an insurance contract.
The X200U now has Android Auto, even for the missing eSIM there is a solution - eSIM adapters work in Vivo
