  • From conversations at the booth to what we captured in this video, XPONENTIAL Show 2026 made one thing clear: the industry is ready to scale.   Not just bigger. Smarter. More consistently. More reliably.   It was great to connect with so many teams already thinking beyond prototyping and focusing on what it really takes to move into production.   Thanks to everyone who stopped by Booth #22008, joined the sessions, and shared how you’re approaching scale in your programs. Always valuable to exchange perspectives with the people driving this shift forward.   #HPAdditiveManufacturing #UAV #3Dprinting

  • OTWorld - International Trade Show & World Congress was a strong reminder of how much this space is evolving and how powerful it is when the right people come together. From HP Multi Jet Fusion 1200 3D Printer to our Dual Tone technology, there was real interest in how these innovations can translate into everyday O&P practice. Not just ideas, but practical conversations around adoption, workflows, and impact 👀 Beyond the technology, what made the difference was the people. The quality of the discussions, the insights shared at the booth, and the openness to exchange perspectives showed a community that is moving forward together. And none of this happens without a team effort. From planning to execution on site, every detail, every demo, every conversation was the result of collaboration across teams. Thank you to everyone who made OTWorld such a success, both on the ground and behind the scenes. Great energy, great insights, and a lot to build on from here!!

  • Not every innovation in digital manufacturing is about printing faster. Some of them are about working smarter 👀   At OTWorld - International Trade Show & World Congress, we’ll also be introducing HP Multi Jet Fusion Dual Tone technology. It enables printing parts in two tones, white and grey, allowing markings, QR codes or labels to be integrated directly into the part itself.   For O&P applications, this means clearer identification, built‑in traceability and fewer manual steps in daily workflows. A small change that can make a real difference at scale.   Dual Tone will first be available on the HP Jet Fusion 5600 Series, with planned availability towards the end of 2026.   If you’re curious how innovations like this fit into a complete digital O&P workflow, we’ll be discussing it on site together with partners like DyeMansion and Karl Späh GmbH & Co. KG at Hall 5, booth #E40.   Book your slot with the team here: https://lnkd.in/edji6bMn

Metal Additive Manufacturing only scales when the entire workflow scales with it. That’s why Volkmann is excited about our collaboration with HP Additive Manufacturing Solutions. Together, we’ve introduced the vPort powder-handling system for the HP Metal Jet S100, designed to make metal AM production safer, cleaner, and more efficient. This solution brings three major advantages to manufacturers: 🔹 Contained depowdering – Vacuum conveying and glove box integration for safe, controlled parts processing. 🔹 Operational efficiency – Integrated sieving, powder recovery, and transfer powered by Volkmann’s proven PowTReX system. 🔹 Production flexibility – Seamless connectivity to the HP Metal Jet build unit for faster setup and quicker ramp-up. For companies looking to move from prototyping to scalable metal production, this is a powerful entry solution. Proud to see the vPort system now available across the United States, Canada, and Europe through Volkmann.
