This 20th May aer studios, myself and a panel of awesome people will be at Bath Digital Festival discussing a question that's been dear to my heart ever since I started working in the experience industry - "What if we built digital experiences that truly include everyone?". The fact that that's still a question worth asking should give everyone pause for thought. Accessibility is still too often viewed as a compliance question or box ticking exercise - something on the requirement list or design & development backlog. Being able to use a product or service or access an experience as everyone else can should just be a fundamental human right. When we are making decisions about levels of accessibility compliance we are actually making decisions about who to include and who to exclude. Building really inclusive product and service experiences really is a mission that matters. Get your free ticket and join me and our wonderful panel (more on the panel tomorrow) at Gather Round’s accessible Trinity Church venue from 6.30pm. Here's the event link - do sign up, tickets are going fast! https://lnkd.in/d8CRbDeh #BathDigitalFestival #techSPARK uk #Accessibility #InclusiveDesign #AerStudios
aer studios are thrilled to announce that we'll be joining Bath Digital Festival again this year, with a panel discussing how creative technology can prioritise inclusive design. We have a fantastic line-up of speakers, who will be revealed over coming days, and the event will take place at Gather Round, an accessible venue. Tickets sold out quickly last year, so if you'd like to join snap one up before they disappear! https://lnkd.in/em3SZe8y #creativetechnology #inclusivedesign #bathdigitalfestival #accessibility #events #digitalexperiences

Mo Morgan - digital strategist and co-founder of Bristol-based digital health company, Lumino Matt Roberts - multi-award winning senior digital and UX designer and co-chair of the BIMA (British Interactive Media Association) Inclusive Design Council Really looking forward to moderating such a vibrant and informed team! Still time to bag yourself a ticket: https://lnkd.in/em3SZe8y #creativetechnology #inclusivedesign #digitalaccessibility #bathdigitalfestival #techspark
Last but not least, here's the fourth panelist for our aer studios event at Bath Digital Festival next Wednesday, James H.. James is Chief Technology Officer at aer studios and is passionate about creating digital experiences that have positive impact. What’s our strongest USP? We’ve got a few… but one stands out more every time I’m on site. Over the past few months, I’ve visited several projects where this advantage really came to life: A 5-storey building. Multiple audio zones. All of them requiring different approaches. Spoken word, 5.1 immersive, sound reinforcement… all being powered and processed by one solution. And the amplification? 64 channels. Just 4U of rack space. In the past, a system like this would require three or four full 42U racks to house the necessary equipment — now, with just 4U needed for amplification, a single 42U rack is enough. Not a room full of infrastructure… just a cupboard. Miniaturisation in technology isn’t new — but expectations are changing. Once people experience this level of efficiency, they don’t want to go back. Less space. Same performance. More possibilities. Food for thought 🤔 #ProAudio #AVIntegration #SystemDesign #AudioInnovation #Technology
Space is at a premium, and in many projects, it’s often overlooked. From office buildings and experience centres to restaurants, hotels, and immersive attractions, clients expect high-performance audio systems. What’s not always considered is the physical space required to house the equipment behind them. Why dedicate valuable real estate to racks and infrastructure when that space could be used to generate revenue? With Innosonix, there’s no need to compromise. Our high-density amplification solutions reduce footprint without sacrificing performance, giving integrators the tools to deliver powerful, scalable systems that exceed expectations. #ProAudio #AVIntegration #AudioInnovation #SystemDesign #CommercialAV

Sound stages are no longer just production spaces. Across LA, brands are looking for venues that can do more: host large-scale audiences, support immersive builds, offer parking and logistics, and still have the infrastructure of a working production campus. At Blueground at Reframe Studios, we’re seeing that shift firsthand. Swipe through for an inside look at why sound stages are becoming some of LA’s most versatile event spaces.

One thing I’ve learned working across studio operations and marketing: the best event spaces are not just visually strong, they’re operationally strong. Sound stages give brands room to build bigger, more immersive experiences without losing the infrastructure that production teams need. It’s been really exciting to see how that shift is playing out firsthand at Blueground.
