Girls Exploring Tomorrow’s Technology (GETT) is an annual day-long event in the spring for girls in grades 5-10 and their parents to learn about career opportunities in a broad scope of STEM related industries. The day is filled with exciting, enlightening and experiential workshops led by successful women in STEM fields.
As a steering committee member, I ensure yearly efforts align with current and relevant research. The day is filled with exciting, enlightening and experiential workshops led by successful women in STEM fields.
As a steering committee member, I ensure yearly efforts align with current and relevant research. Serve in general committee duties including: event logistics, creative idea generation and planning, organizing technology resources, activities for volunteers and coordination of presenters.
