Michael M. reposted thisMichael M. reposted thisOur work at Dreamers of Day is no longer solely about producing digital products. It is designing the intelligence systems that produce them. How we are doing this: ▪️ Marketing intelligence systems. Brand voice, guardrails, product data, and user signals are structured inside the systems that create the work. ▪️ Adaptive experiences. Interfaces that respond to intent rather than push people through a predefined journey. Two users to design for now: the person, and the agent interpreting your brand on their behalf. ▪️ Mass personalization. Not "insert first name." Context-aware content that adapts in real time, grounded in the brand. A number of these systems are going live across clients. Can't wait to show/share more in upcoming posts.

Michael M. reposted thisMichael M. reposted thishttps://lnkd.in/gvfXwJSB This scoping review examines treatment interventions for epibole (rolled wound edges), a condition where upper epidermal cells roll down over lower ones and migrate down wound sides instead of across, halting healing. Epibole should be promptly identified and treated through debridement of rolled wound edges to restore normal epithelialization across the wound bed. Sharp debridement remains the primary treatment modality. The article encourages clinicians to monitor wound edges at every visit and intervene early when epibole is detected. EZDebride's controlled-depth cutting flutes are ideally suited for debriding rolled wound edges in epibole. The instrument's cutting flutes allow precise removal of the hypertrophied tissue at wound margins without damaging the surrounding healthy tissue, making it a safer and more controlled alternative to scalpel debridement for this specific indication. ezdebride.com

Michael M. shared this"Technical knowledge didn't become irrelevant. It became the multiplier."Michael M. shared thisThere's a platform I've wanted to build for years. Never had the time. Last week I built it. Deployed it to Vercel. Full CI pipeline. Running in production. Claude Code did the heavy lifting. But not in the way most people mean when they say that. Being technical made all the difference. I knew the stack, understood the architecture, and when things broke — some things did break — I could have a real conversation about what was actually wrong. Not just paste an error and hope. That's the bit nobody's saying clearly enough. Technical knowledge didn't become irrelevant. It became the multiplier. The quality of the output genuinely surprised me. The Vercel deployment experience was frictionless in a way that still feels slightly unreal. And the CI pipeline I'd have spent days configuring manually just... existed. What's sitting with me now is how asymmetric this advantage is. Small, fast-moving, technically-led teams are going to compound this in ways that larger organisations with governance overhead simply can't match. Not yet anyway. The constraint for a small technical team is no longer "can we build this?" It's "should we build this?" That's a genuinely different problem to be solving. Anyone else shipping real production work with Claude Code? What's your experience been? #AI #ClaudeCode #Vercel #TechLeadership #StartupVsEnterprise #TheAIImplementationDiary

Michael M. liked thisMichael M. liked thisUnclear if a durable trend, but CEOs and CTOs are back to coding with a fury, thanks to coding agents. I have public company CEOs sliding into my DMs telling me about falling in love with shipping software again thanks to Claude Code and Vercel. “Dream accounts” that we always wanted to work with, where in the past the C-suite would hardly understand the infrastructure until much later in the game. Coding agents are the ultimate PLG-fication of the enterprise. Bad, legacy software can’t hide anymore. The stack that works is self-evident to the entire organization, from intern to CEO.

I was honored to attend alongside our HONEY Pathway interns, Michelle Orihuela Milligan, Zoe Bautista, Shahabullah Mandozai , and the leadership of the MDM team, Jamie JM Hong (CEO) and Dr. Ronald K. A highlight of the day was connecting with Steve Jimenez and Nila Arana from the Hives for Heroes® and exploring opportunities to link veteran beekeeping, honey research, and medical applications. It was inspiring to hear from Dr Astronaut David Hilmers, Prof Taylor Eighmy, Dr Paul Biddinger and other leaders on topics ranging from military medical readiness to San Antonio’s expanding life science and defense R&D ecosystem, and to see how efforts like ours fit into this broader mission “from the bench to the battlefield.” Grateful to the organizers, especially Rene Dominguez , Jeremy Nelson, and Jessica L. Harris of Velocity TX; as well as to speakers and partners for creating such a dynamic environment for innovation and collaboration—looking forward to building on the conversations that started today.

Michael M. liked thisMichael M. liked thisSomething I keep thinking about: In a world where AI agents gather data, generate content, make recommendations, and execute workflows, the human approval experience becomes incredibly important. The differentiator will not just be the agents' intelligence. It will be the UX around reviewing outputs, understanding why decisions were made, and orchestrating workflows between humans and AI systems. A single agent can feel impressive. But 10 coordinated agents without strong governance and approval workflows quickly become chaos. The “human in the loop” layer becomes part of the product itself. The companies that "win" may not be the ones with the smartest models. They may be the ones that create the clearest, fastest, and most trustworthy collaboration experience between humans and agents. At Dreamers of Day, we build and support websites, applications, and infrastructure. AI has dramatically increased the volume of tickets, recommendations, audits, fixes, optimizations, and content opportunities we can generate proactively. Keeping up with the review and approval side is our new challenge :)

Michael M. liked thisMichael M. liked thisMost leadership teams still think of their website as a place where people show up. They are about to be wrong about that. Agents will use these platforms 10x more than humans do. Comparing pricing options. Reading product specs. Filtering provider availability. That changes how platforms need to be built. All of that happens through an agent now, not a person clicking through nav. Which means every public-facing digital platform has to be designed for two audiences: ▪️Humans, who get the visual experience ▪️Agents, who get structured data, clean APIs, real schema, and content that holds up to direct queries. Most sites today are built for the first audience and accidentally hostile to the second. This is what we mean by "agent-consumable." Not a chatbot bolted on. A platform that an agent can actually read, query, and act on. If your site fails that test, no amount of design refresh fixes it. At a minimum: ▪️Structured schema and semantic markup ▪️Accessible machine-readable content ▪️Clear entity definitions across products, services, people, and locations ▪️Fast, crawlable, low-friction architecture

🚨 Hundreds of online stores just got hit. A critical Adobe Magento flaw is being actively exploited RIGHT NOW and attackers are stealing payment data. If you run a Magento store, patch your system today. Attackers are targeting unpatched installations and extracting customer credit card data. This is not a drill. E-commerce merchants lose customers, face regulatory fines, and deal with lawsuits when payment data gets stolen - and this attack is still spreading. There’s been a lot of noise about Magento Open Source lately. With Adobe expanding its SaaS commerce offering, some are quick to assume Magento OS is fading out. That’s not what we’re seeing. 100,000+ live sites. Active development. A committed global community. We spoke with Mathias Schreiber of the Magento Association about where Magento fits alongside Adobe's evolving commerce portfolio. It’s not SaaS vs. open source. It’s about choosing the right model for your business. Magento continues to power complex, high-growth merchants who need flexibility, ownership, and deep customization.

One of the biggest unsolved challenges in high-end Magento hosting? Database scaling. At Meet Magento Florida 2026, Pradip Shah of luroConnect shared what his team has been working on for the past few months: a Proxy SQL implementation that routes specific queries to follower databases instead of hammering the master. For large-scale e-commerce operations, this kind of read/write distribution is a real unlock. Pradip is presenting on it at the event tomorrow. Content Cucumber films professional interviews at your booth and to turn your 3-day conference into 3 months of polished, ready-to-publish video content so every dollar you spend on the event keeps working long after you're home. Is your Magento store quietly losing sales and traffic? Many eCommerce businesses overlook critical issues that hold back performance, issues that a thorough Magento audit can reveal and resolve. At 5MS, we focus on the essentials: code quality and security, site speed, user experience, and SEO. These areas directly impact your store's reliability, customer satisfaction, and search visibility. For example, a recent audit uncovered outdated code and slow page loads causing a 25% drop in conversions for a client. After targeted fixes, their store speed improved by 40%, and sales rebounded. Are you confident your store is operating at full potential? If not, it might be time for an audit. Don't wait for problems to escalate, get expert insights now and safeguard your eCommerce investment. #Magento #AdobeCommerce #MagentoSupport

Isaac and I ran an AI-Ready Magento Workshop at Meet Magento Florida. 46 slides. One core message. Your Magento store was not built to be discovered by AI. Yet. The good news is the fix is not a full rebuild. It is a 30-day plan of structured improvements that compound over time. Speed. Structure. Content. Consistency. Link to the plan in the comments. #MeetMagento #Magento #eCommerce #AI

We've watched qualified businesses walk away from Magento based on misconceptions that have zero basis in reality. They choose "easier" platforms, hit limitations within months, then face expensive migrations they could have avoided. The truth about Magento is dramatically different from the myths circulating online. Some of these misconceptions come from outdated experiences with Magento 1 from a decade ago. Others stem from poorly implemented stores that gave the platform a bad reputation. And plenty are deliberately spread by competitors who benefit when businesses choose alternatives. But facts matter more than fiction—especially when you're betting your business growth on a platform decision. We're breaking down the most persistent Magento myths, revealing what's actually true. Because informed decisions beat fear-based choices every single time. Ready to separate myth from reality? Adobe released a critical security update for Commerce and Magento. Four vulnerability types, one patch, no room to delay. Security bulletin APSB26-05, released on March 10, 2026, highlights serious vulnerabilities affecting Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source versions from 2.4.4-p16 to 2.4.9-alpha3. Until patched to 2.4.8-p4, stores remain exposed to risks like remote code execution, unauthorized admin access, denial of service, and data exposure. These are not theoretical issues, they directly impact store uptime, customer data, and payment security. For merchants using AppJetty extensions such as Australia Post Shipping, Delivery Date Scheduler, and Language Translator, compatibility remains aligned with Adobe Commerce updates, ensuring smooth patch adoption. With ISO 27001 certification, security is embedded into how these products are built and maintained, making compliance a continuous process rather than a one-time fix. You don’t need a viral product to increase cash flow. Sometimes, you just need to clear the right shelf. A B2B distributor who we worked with used their Magento storefront to run a targeted blowout sale for slow-moving SKUs. Instead of discounting blindly, they used: 1. Holding cost analysis to identify cash hogs 2. Buyer segmentation to target idle accounts 3. Timed eCommerce promos to avoid cannibalizing high-margin SKUs The result? - 40% increase in cash flow - 60% faster inventory turnover - Re-activation of long-dormant buyers Too much capital is sitting on your shelves. eCommerce is your fastest lever to free up working capital. #B2BeCommerce #InventoryManagement #MagentoB2B

Your main Magento site may be secure. But what about the old staging server nobody checked in months? Reports say 7,500+ Magento websites were compromised in a large-scale campaign affecting not just businesses, but also universities, government domains, and non-profits. That’s the real reminder here. Attackers do not always go after the biggest target. They go after the easiest exposed one. If you run Magento or Adobe Commerce, this is a good moment to review exposed instances, file upload paths, and forgotten environments. #CyberSecurityConsultant #VAPT #DPDP

A Small Magento CLI Trick That Saves Big Dev Time In large Magento projects, confusion around modules is more common than bugs themselves. You install a sub-module. It works fine. But then the question hits Where did this actually come from? Docs don’t help. Code digging wastes time. And the parent module isn’t obvious in (composer.json). Here’s a simple Composer command many Magento devs still miss: (composer sh -a vendor/module-name) Why this matters This instantly tells you which parent package the sub-module belongs to, even when the parent isn’t directly listed or was skipped during setup. No guesswork. No hunting through vendor folders. When it’s especially useful - Large Magento codebases - Third-party extensions with split modules - Auditing dependencies before upgrades - Debugging unexpected behaviours The real value Faster debugging Clear dependency visibility Better understanding of third-party architecture Sometimes productivity doesn’t come from new tools, just knowing the right command at the right time. If you work with Magento regularly, this one’s worth remembering (and sharing).
