Paul Marsh shared thisThe creativity displayed in this video is extraordinary. When I see an excellent piece creative work, I search for the name of the creator in hopes of finding more visuals to inspire me. If you know the name of the creator of this video, please share it. Even better, leave a comment and share the name of your favorite creator that inspires you. Whether it’s video, art, storytelling, copywriting, anything that inspires you, please share, I’d like to check them out. #creativity #graphicdesign #videoediting #fineart #copywriting

Paul Marsh shared thisWhat are the odds? This clever video is satisfying to watch. I wish it were real, but it doesn’t upset me to know it has been doctored. I love to hear stories of good outcomes, underdog victories and unexpected fortune. Last night a lucky person in Illinois bought the winning lottery ticket of the $1.28 billion Mega Millions jackpot. I’ve heard it said that when a person comes into lots of money, their personality is magnified. Greedy people may become more greedy and generous people may become more generous. Question: If YOU won the jackpot last night, and you didn’t tell anybody, how would people know? Would you act differently? Would you treat people differently? Would your view of the world change? Happy weekend and I hope good fortune comes your way. #video #money #jackpot #graphicartist

Paul Marsh shared thisSpreading the word in support for Dayna VitalPaul Marsh shared this‼️ IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THROUGH‼️ Hello my lovely Network of friends! 👋🏽 I haven’t been as active here with my posts for the past few months, and I also just realized that it’s been over a month since my last post. The main reason lately is because I’ve been prioritizing & focusing more on searching for work and applying for various positions/companies to alleviate current financial strains. This job hunt for me has been a loooong 2+ year streak now (from being laid off since the Pandemic). And, If you’ve ever been on an extended job hunt with little to no real results, like me… (or maybe you are currently going through one right now)… Then, you KNOW how exhausting it could feel and the number it can do on your limited resources — (i.e, your time, energy, self esteem, savings, etc. — the longer it goes on. I totally understand and can empathize with you because I feel it too! But, one thing I realized is that, I’m NOT alone and I DON’T have to go through this journey on my own. Over the past 2 years, I’ve learned that GETTING CLEAR and being able to introduce yourself in a clear and compelling way can increase your chances of discovering better job opportunities you’d love. And that’s why I’m reaching out to you — My fellow Network, Colleagues, and Friends — to ask for your HELP, GUIDANCE, and SUPPORT! I would greatly love and appreciate your help on my job hunting journey. So, let me help you help me! Here’s where I am and what I’m looking for.. I have 9+ years of experience in the Retail & Hospitality industries, helping consumer brands create meaningful, customer-centric relationships and memories for their guests, turning them into loyal, returning clients. I'm aiming to transition into a Copywriter role in the Marketing industry now that will allow me to leverage the experience I've gained over the years and use my compelling writing and interpersonal skills in a more creative way. And now, I have 1 small favor to ask: 🙏🏽 Would you please repost this post on your pages? And/or, pass on this post to your OWN Network of colleagues business partners, and friends, to spread the word of supporting a fellow job seeker? “Many hands make light work” is a saying I’ve always heard. And, I believe that TOGETHER, we can lighten the load and make a greater impact on others… Even if it’s just 1 person! Thank you in advance! Please comment below if you have any tips or suggestions that have worked for you in YOUR own job search… Or you can absolutely DM me personally once you get specific responses from your network. I appreciate you all! 🤗 Much Love, Dayna Vital

Paul Marsh shared thisCreative Juices When people say, “get your creative juices flowing,” what does that mean to you? From what I know, juices don’t usually flow from their source. To get the juice to come out, you have to: 😳 Squeeze it with extreme pressure 😩 Mash on it 😖 Walk all over it 😵💫 Pulverize it until there is nothing left but juice Those doesn’t sound like very healthy methods for extracting creative ideas! I’d rather think of creative juice like oil and natural gas trapped underground. Maybe instead we should: 👉study what has existed and has been forming for ages 🔎research what’s there that could be useable 🛠drill down deep and 🏆 draw up the valuable contents and use them in an original way What do you do to get your creative juices flowing? #creative #inspiration #graphicdesigner #copywriters

Paul Marsh shared thisHappy Friday! For many of us, weekends are a time to recharge. I believe we all need a day of rest for physical and spiritual health. Ten years ago, when our kids were younger, we decided to rent a pop-up camper and try a weekend outing in Arkansas. Little did we know how much that trip would affect us! Our limited budget didn’t allow for us to take big vacations, so we opted to buy a small camper instead. My wife and the kids all loved weekend getaways to state parks where we camped, hiked and explored God’s natural beauty. Ten years later, pulling our RV to local camping areas has become our favorite way to recharge after a stressful week. Sitting next to a campfire and stargazing on a quiet night…what a memory that activates all of my senses. Enjoy this clip of one of our campfires and my composite visual that means a lot to me. Psalm 19:1 says “The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge. There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard.” What is something you like to do to recharge on the weekend? Tell us in the comments. #beauty #graphicdesigner #visualdesign #linkedin

Paul Marsh liked thisPaul Marsh liked thisGetting in on the ground floor is rare. For 30 years I’ve worked in this field because I believe one thing: Media changes the world. The stories we tell can make it a better place. This fall, an extraordinary film is coming to theaters. NO LIMBS NO LIMITS features Nick Vujicic — born without arms or legs, now one of the most recognized voices of hope on the planet. He has traveled to 83 countries, stood before presidents and orphans alike, and spent 20 years proclaiming that life has purpose no matter what the circumstance. We’ve worked two years to get this film to this moment. And right now there is a rare opportunity to be part of how it reaches the world. News announcements are coming. Lots of great people involved. Paul Marsh liked thisPaul Marsh liked thisI have 292K+ followers on LinkedIn. If I had to start again from scratch, here's what I'd do: 👇🏼 1️⃣ Post 5-7 times a week. Not just when inspiration strikes – on a schedule. Consistency compounds faster than you think. 2️⃣ Repurpose EVERYTHING. One podcast episode = 2-3 LinkedIn posts. Stop creating from scratch, start extracting from what you already have. 3️⃣ Write hooks that stop the scroll. Your first line is everything. If they don't stop, they don't read. If they don't read, they don't follow. 4️⃣ Tell your story: I went from recording in my mom's basement to building an 8-figure media company. People connect with the struggle, not just the success. 5️⃣ Begin retargeting your competitors for new connections and followers (I would DM Gary Vee’s following 😉) 6️⃣ Actually reply to your DMs. Some of my best relationships, collabs, and even business deals started in the inbox. Don't sleep on it. 7️⃣ Lift up other creators. Comment on their posts. Share their wins. Collaboration beats competition every time, and it grows your community faster than going solo 🔥 8️⃣ Pick your topics and stick to them. I talk mostly about creator entrepreneurship, podcasting, personal branding, and remote work. Clarity beats variety. 9️⃣ Share everything you know. Don't hold back the "secret sauce." When you teach people exactly how you do things, they trust you, and they come back for more. 💯 There's no quick hack or shortcut to building a community. Just keep showing up, being valuable, and consistent. Which one are YOU starting with? 👇🏼

Paul Marsh liked thisPaul Marsh liked thisYou know when a conversation with someone just makes your day a thousand times better?! Same. I was absolutely blessed to have two of those conversations today. One was live with my great friend Mike Ashabraner and will be featured on a radio show this coming Friday (wow!) And the other was just a catch up - how you doing, how can I support you - call with my pal Randall McNeely - Captain Kindman. These two men make the good world go 'round by stepping up to do great things among their communities. They both spread kindness and love by supporting those in their circle simply because they want to see others win. That's the best quality a person could have if you ask me. Grateful for you both. Grateful for the day. Grateful to be alive. Who are you grateful for? Tag them in the comments below and drop a line about why they're on your mind today! #gratitudepost #kindnessworldwide #ecosam #kindnessiskey #grateful

Big shoutouts to Suryl, LLC for their continued partnership, and to our new friend Jennifer Young for being such a mover and shaker supporting school districts throughout California and beyond. This is why typography matters For anyone who thinks typography and kerning (letter spacing) isn’t important … Here’s the difference between going to a reputable business or… this guy. Hire a designer. Not AI. Your brand (and reputation) depend on it. #DesignFails #TypographyMatters #GraphicDesign #animateEverything

It starts small: A design tweak here, a pivot suggested in a standup, a “quick favor” requested with a smile. Suddenly, your carefully scoped project has ballooned — without a matching bump in budget or bandwidth. We recently sat down with Creative Circle freelance project manager Lauren A. to understand why scope creep happens, when to recognize it, and how to nip it in the bud. 🫸 🛑 Her key lessons are laid out in our latest blog! As a designer, you have a unique ability to do something many other professions can’t… Sit by yourself in a room w/ a laptop & internet connection Whip up some design concepts to post online and attract clients Make money without ever leaving that room. Not all professions can do that. Take advantage if it.

Designers, marketers, clients, and students: you’ve fought for the right font like the last toilet paper roll during the pandemic. There’s a reason for that. Typography is strategy. It’s persuasion. It’s your first impression before your audience reads a word. Bonus points if you know the difference between a font and a typeface (yes, there is one). #TypographyMatters #BrandTrust #DesignThinking

Design isn't what you see👀😬 But the truth? What you see is only the tip of the iceberg. Behind every great design lies: 🔹 Hours of research and brainstorming 🔹 Strategic thinking and concept development 🔹 Multiple revisions and refinements 🔹 Skill, effort, and time invested The visible elements—colors, fonts, logos, layouts—are just the surface. The real magic happens beneath: the strategy, the problem-solving, and the creative process that brings it all together. Next time you see a design, remember: there's so much more than meets the eye. 🎨✨ #Design #GraphicDesign #CreativeProcess #DesignThinking #LinkedInPost
