June 2025 was our best month ever, whether we’re talking new sites connected, new members, or MRR growth. 📈 3,444 websites connected to WP Umbrella. 🙌 196 new premium members joined our community. 💸 MRR increased by $7,347 ⬇️ Churn of 1,62% 🛡️ 2232 sites activated our Site-Protect add-on powered by Patchstack 📍 We sponsored 2 WordCamps (WordCamp Europe & WordCamp Kraków) 🔍 Key Updates & Highlights: 1️⃣ Site-Protect & Changelog Enhancements In June, we launched Site-Protect, our proactive security add-on powered by Patchstack. Unlike traditional security plugins that only detect issues after they’ve occurred, Site-Protect actively prevents vulnerabilities with virtual patches before attacks happen. If you’re managing WordPress sites professionally, it’s a game-changer. We also upgraded our changelog feature and 99% of premium plugin changelogs are now seamlessly retrievable within WP Umbrella. 2️⃣ Team & Community IRL In June, our team connected twice in person and interacted directly with users at WordCamp Europe and WordCamp Kraków. It’s incredibly motivating to see the shift over the years: from (1) introducing WP Umbrella, to (2) handling support, to now (3) hearing how our platform genuinely makes your lives easier. This is what building in public is all about. 3️⃣ Market Shift Traditionally, our growth came largely from ManageWP users switching over. Now we’re seeing a clear trend of agencies moving away from self-hosted solutions to WP Umbrella. While we might be pricier than DIY setups, the reliability, security, reporting and convenience we offer make the value obvious. And increasingly worth it. Happy July, everyone! 🌞

Big news at Cotera 1. Waitlist --> gone. Sign up and start for free. (Like, right now, go.) 2. Datasets & CSV upload --> upload a CSV, and have an agent work across every row of it. CONSISTENTLY. Not like you'd get out of ChatGPT or anything. An agent will execute across each row, the same way, predictably. This is a huge step for agentic AI. Its no longer constrained to one-off tasks or scheduled jobs. You can deploy an agent at scale to solve problems and drive business value.

In a world where AI agents can mediate discovery, your brand visibility is under constant pressure. But there is one surface that remains your strongest strategic defense: your mobile app. I’m looking forward to Moloco’s Beth Berger taking the stage at AppsFlyer MAMA San Francisco tomorrow. She’ll be diving into insights from our recent AI Disruption Index research with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) to explain why your app is the ultimate "owned" surface for building durable customer trust and loyalty. If you’re in San Francisco, this is the session to catch if you want to move beyond renting transactions and start truly owning the customer journey. #AppsFlyer #MAMA #AppGrowth

NY TECH WEEK by a16z Day 2 & 3: 🤯 Consumer AI, Talent, GTM & Personal Branding insights 1️⃣ Consumer AI is redefining expectations. GenZ & Alpha are vibing - they are abandoning traditional reviews and dollar signs for authentic experiences (R.I.P. Yelp). Startups benefit from the ability to take advantage of new technology to redefine consumer expectations, conduct fast iterations to drive better experience and retention. As a founder in the AI space, I'm fascinated by how Eliza Wu (corner), Jenny Wang (Alta), Fai Nur (Status) and Clara Gold (Gigi) are building AI-first experiences that match this shift. Will Black (DH) is so cool - no wonder Grace Gong calls him the lawyer that hustles. Give all these products a try, my dear friends. 2️⃣ AI in Talent Acquisition is evolving fast although AI products that are delivering proven ROI are still quite limited to meeting notetakers (I am personally reclaiming 5-10 hours weekly with Granola), smart JD writing with ChatGPT and application screening. Other aspects of the hiring process still can't be fully automated yet. The Hiring evolution reminds me of what I'm seeing across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success: while AI is streamlining repeated workflows, having human in the loop is a must to deliver a good, authentic experience. Klarna's story of hiring CX human agents back after firing all of them is a sobering moment. Another take is for job seekers: "We look for candidates with openness and command of AI, not just experiences" - HR leaders panel. If you are looking for a new job, you must have your AI story ready. Be a power user of AI. Find out ways for it to help you work smarter. 3️⃣ The GTM reality check - Andrew Chen's "the law of shitty clickthroughs" is accelerating with AI-generated content. The channels that worked last quarter are deteriorating faster than ever. The key is to iterate fast. My advice: if a marketer tells you they have a fixed playbook, don't hire them. Counterintuitive finding: branding matters more than ever. TV creates an emotional connection that digital can't replicate. 4️⃣ Building personal brand on Linkedin at LinkedIn NYC. They key is authenticity. Develop your own voice and content. Whether it's "founder brand" (thank you for all the tips, Craig Rosenberg, Dan Horowitz) or corporate brand by executives or employees (wonderful experiences by Sendoso's CMO Kacie Jenkins 🎁, follow her to see it in practice), "you can't outsource your thinking" Alec Paul. It's emotional to visit LinkedIn after 3 years! Caught up with Kathleen (Shim) Hoyt who is now leading AI PMM. The world feels different, but the fundamentals remain: authentic connection matters, whether for personal or business or 🍪 relationship Karen Farah Nancy Ramamurthi Niki Kirschner Ed Manzi Oleg Pashinin Chirag Goel Carly Katie Vander Ark Irina Alina Constantin Cheryl Cui Joe Carbonaro Jodi Innerfield Akshita Gupta Karen Zhang Karinne Lima Vivian Liu

Big shoutout to our friends at Klaviyo and Dan Caldwell for highlighting Odele Beauty’s use of Octane AI in their latest case study. Odele uses their hair quiz to capture valuable zero-party data, and with the Octane AI + Klaviyo integration, they’re able to: Pull 10+ custom properties directly into Klaviyo profiles Trigger flows based on quiz completion Build smart segments and target campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle The result? Customers only see products that are relevant to them. As Klaviyo put it: “That is the power of integrating quizzes with Klaviyo—the quiz data can flow through all of what Odele does.” A great example of how quizzes go far beyond acquisition—they become the foundation for personalized, scalable lifecycle marketing. 💡 The 2-step secret to scaling Tik Tok Shop? 🚪 Being in the room where it happened. 🎵 Connecting IRL at the invite-only TikTok Summit in LA last week with affiliate creators, fellow brands, tech partners, and TT partners was a critical piece of the scaling puzzle as we continue to build a new channel for Apothékary™. The results in 90 days have been too big to ignore: 🚀 80x monthly GMV growth 🚀 Top 25 ranked Health brand (from 550) 🚀 15K affiliate creators 🚀 TTS as a top 3 monthly revenue channel 🚀 5x number of new monthly customers 🚀 2x halo lift to other revenue channels How did we get into the right rooms? Step 1️⃣ - Build the Flywheel - Learn in publicly available rooms Even before invitations went out for TT Summit, our proactive team (Libby Didencu Ellen Kang Carolina Guevara Daniel Abell Jenelle Campbell Monica Dhaliwal) studied the playbook for TTS success and got into the right virtual rooms in creator DMs, sampling requests, organic TT content, education training, TTS classes, and ecomm merchandising, TT rep meetings. And of course our fearless leader Shizu Okusa has been in EVERY room and convo with her network to learn as much as possible. --> TLDR: Find anyone who knows anything about TTS (recency matters), ask questions, and get out there to TEST like crazy. Step 2️⃣ - Be a sponge once you're in TT internal rooms Once we got the flywheel going with strong growth in 30 days, our incredible TT reps Marco De La Torre Nida Ahmed Alison Cederbaum invited us into more rooms - virtual and IRL - and that has made a HUGE difference. 🚀 The TTS ecosystem is ever evolving - faster than they can put out webinars, write training docs, or even publish info for AI LLMs. The best way to get speed to market on your brand's TTS GMV is to get into virtual/IRL rooms with your TT reps and LISTEN / ASK A LOT OF QUESTIONS. TikTok is launching new features weekly and as they expand their capabilities, new 🚀 tactics emerge. The brands who can pivot (a.k.a. not need 6 levels and 3 weeks of approvals) will win. --> TLDR: Connect with your TT Reps and be ready to listen to them and TEST like crazy (again) once you've started gaining traction. What rooms have you been in that have been helpful for TikTok Shop success? #tiktokshop #networking #startup #wellness #health

🚀 Big day here at Triple Whale — Moby is now available for every business to try for free.✨ During my years at Klaviyo I sat shoulder-to-shoulder with ecommerce founders, operators, and agency partners, helping them squeeze every drop of lifetime value (LTV) from their customer data. I watched them dive deep into dashboards and run custom SQL queries, all to stitch together reporting to influence customer engagement strategies. Incredibly valuable work, but it always felt like there should be a faster way. Today there is. Meet Moby: an agentic system that answers growth questions instantly, thanks to being tapped into every corner of your business & optimized to work at lightning speeds with all of the best LLMs. You can ask simple questions like, “How can I improve my LTV?” and Moby pulls the right data, surfaces key factors, and recommends next best actions that actually drive revenue—in seconds. You can then turn that into a recurring agent that runs on autopilot. 🎥 Check out the video below to watch Moby side-by-side with a tool many of us are living in every day. Spoiler: context wins. Want the full launch story? Dive into our announcement here → https://lnkd.in/eNEuWBPe Early users are already seeing massive impact to their bottom-line, and this is only the beginning. Huge shoutout to the team for building such an innovating product and to so many more for their work in executing such an important milestone for the company. 🚀

💥 A $10M+ revenue brand just saved $100K by ditching their bloated marketing stack. Here's what happened: Urban Armor Gear was juggling multiple tools—loyalty platforms, email marketing, referral systems, promotions software. Sound familiar? The result? Tool sprawl. Disconnected data. Rising costs. Frustrated teams. Then they discovered Maestra.io. Instead of managing 5+ different platforms, they consolidated everything into one unified system: ✅ Loyalty programs ✅ Email & SMS marketing ✅ Referral campaigns ✅ Promotions & discounts ✅ Omnichannel messaging The impact was immediate: → 64% cost reduction → $100K in savings → Seamless data sync across all channels → One flow builder for everything This isn't just about saving money. It's about operational efficiency. When your marketing stack is fragmented, your customer experience suffers. Data silos kill personalization. Multiple logins waste time. Integration headaches slow growth. Maestra.io just launched their Shopify Loyalty App, and they're already hitting $4M ARR with 30+ employees. They're positioning themselves as the Klaviyo alternative for brands doing $10M-$100M+ in revenue. The writing is on the wall: the future belongs to unified platforms, not tool sprawl. How many marketing tools is your team currently juggling? What's the hidden cost of that complexity?

We provide AI employees to multi-location health clubs, gyms, and fitness studios. The benefits are clear: 100% lead capture (FYI, most of your calls aren't being documented), and after launch, our customers like Dynamic Fitness and Gold's Gym - DC Metro see a 6X to 10X increase in leads. The Replify benefits don't stop there. At a 50%-74% automation rate, we save 100s of staff hours per month (1000s of hours at our large corporate clients), while increasing overall leads. The special sauce, however, is outbound AI sales as part of a bi-directional, omni-channel motion. These leads then enter AI sales sequences via calls, texts, and emails, closing the very inquiries that were missed prior. Chris Prevatte, Vice President of Sales and Operations at 20-location Gold's Gym DC Metro, sums it up in this interview. Read the Gold's Gym DC Metro case study on Replify (dot) AI. Kyle Poyar's talk at Monetize nailed the reality of AI pricing: seats are giving way to usage and credits, hybrid models are the practical middle ground, and outcome-based pricing is on the horizon but only works if you can measure value with confidence. Metronome #Monetize2025

Everyone is talking about Meta's billing shift to ACH. I'm proud of the Highbeam team for building a product that will make this switch easier and also unlock new ways to better handle advertising operations. Introducing: Highbeam Ad Spend Manager Built to solve these problems: 1. Rewards - We continue to deliver real cash back on ad spend, uncapped. Transparently and rooted in financial reality. 2. Operational security - Your ads shouldn’t go down because of a billing change. We give you clear visibility into your Meta limit, where you stand against it, and automatically trigger payments before anything pauses. 3. Flexibility & extended terms - Your financing should match how your business runs. - Want to keep using your card? You can. - Need more headroom than Meta allows? We extend beyond their limit. - Need time? We can push terms to 30 / 60 / 90 days beyond Meta’s net-30. I love this product - but more importantly, so do our customers. We want to be your long-term financial partner as your brand grows, not a program you try once for better rates. If you’re spending on Meta and want to join the waitlist for this product, reach out.

Nimble • 2K followers
Nimble just crossed 1.2M installs of our Claude #WebData plugin. 🚀 That number says something much bigger than plugin adoption. It’s a signal that discoverability is changing. For years, Marketers focused on: - SEO - Social distribution - Paid acquisition - Marketplaces Then came GEO. But we’re now entering another shift entirely: discoverability inside the environments where developers and AI agents actually build and operate. That’s why we invested heavily in our partnership with Anthropic and built a plugin that gives #Claude users deep, structured access to live web data for the agents and workflows they create. (shoutout to Ilan Chemla!) But the interesting part to me isn’t just the scale. It’s what the scale represents. Developers are increasingly choosing tools inside AI-native ecosystems. Agents are becoming distribution channels. And the interface layer for discovery is shifting faster than most GTM teams realize. I think a lot of companies still underestimate how different Marketing will look in a world where agents — not just humans — are discovering, evaluating, and using products. It's not a hypothesis anymore; it's today's reality. #AI #ClaudeCode #Agents #GTM #Marketing #AIAgents #AISearch

🏗️ I built a Chief of Staff agent that runs inside my Claude Code This is a system that reads what I actually did this week and tells me where I'm drifting from what I said matters. It cuts across a ton of workstreams. Job, advisory, side projects, family projects, personal goals, basic life admin. Each has its own kanban tasks, PRDs, and activity trail. Before the CoS they were all isolated from one another and there was no concept of "working on the right stuff?" 📊 What the chief of staff reads: → My goals (ranked 1-6 with explicit priorities) → My workstream activity (git commits mapped to each workstream) → My kanban board (what's in progress, blocked, aging) → My active PRDs (which plans are stale, which are progressing) → My messages (I feed it thinking, meeting notes, decisions I made outside the terminal) That last one matters. It's not reading my email or Slack threads or social yet. So I stream it context. Quick notes, voice memos, things I decided on a call. Keeps it honest about the full picture, not just what shows up in Claude Code. 📋 What it produces — a 3-section brief: 🔴 REDIRECT — the goal with the biggest gap between stated priority and actual activity. One line. One diagnostic question. 🟢 BUSINESS — what actually moved in the last 48 hours, mapped back to which goal it serves. 🟡 OPEN LOOPS — stale projects, blocked tasks, things quietly rotting. ⚡ Three modes: on-demand brief, one-liner at every session start, and scheduled Slack delivery so I get alignment checks even when I'm not in the repo. Next step is probably giving it more agency. Less reporting, more doing. 💬 What's the system you wish was watching your back? #AI #GTM #BuildInPublic #ClaudeCode

My First AI Post @2025 (and thank you to the Aperiam AI Fellows and to Dawn West and Alex Netelkos for making that happen!): If viewability was the training wheels of digital measurement, attention is the carbon-fiber racing bike we’ve just learned to ride. Erica kicked us off by pointing out the obvious: “viewable” doesn’t mean “seen,” and certainly doesn’t mean “engaged.” McKinsey’s neat formula — time × focus × intent — resonated as a starting point, but the real magic is in using that across channels and across the funnel. Why does this matter now? Because omni-channel is no longer a buzzword — it’s the messy, lived reality. CTV, digital out-of-home, mobile gaming, social feeds — each has wildly different engagement norms. An attention metric gives marketers and publishers a lingua franca, a Rosetta Stone to compare value and outcomes without pretending a click on a banner is the same as leaning into a big-screen spot. Publishers want credit for premium environments. Marketers want to normalize buys across hundreds of brands, countries, and media types. Attention-weighted CPMs (ACPMs) start to solve both. Even a global CPG can look across Meta, YouTube, stadium signage, and print — and make sense of it. Is it perfect? No. Is it better than a stack of inconsistent KPIs and gut feel? Absolutely. And yes, AI is in the wings — not as the protagonist, but as the stagehand making the hard stuff easier. It can normalize messy data, connect attention signals to outcomes, and embolden teams to try bolder experiments. Which brings us to the closing provocation: What if a few brave brands and publishers agreed to really transact on attention — rough edges, no gaming, shared responsibility for outcomes? The moment feels right to test whether attention can become not just a metric, but a currency. Imagine creating 5 different sequences in the time you to write one email... Amplemarket.com has just brought that to life with AI-assisted multichannel sequences. I remembered spending an entire morning crafting ONE sequence. Writing personalized emails, mapping out multichannel touches, and planning follow-ups. Hours of work for a single sequence. From idea to fully personalized multichannel sequence now in as little as 60 seconds. I'm not exaggerating. I literally timed it yesterday: Identified target persona ✅ AI-generated personalized messaging across email, LinkedIn, and calls Mapped out 8 touchpoints ✅ Ready to launch ✅ What used to eat up my morning now happens while my coffee's still hot ☕ The best part? I can test multiple sequence variations in real-time. Different messaging angles, various touchpoint combinations, industry-specific approaches. Speed without sacrificing personalization is exactly what I was looking for. If you're still spending hours building sequences, we should chat. Learn more 👉 https://lnkd.in/eJcuBcYK P.s. if you're around @SaaStock, swing by booth #234 at to see it in action
