The Views module in Drupal offers a configurable pager section that lets you expose item count options to users. Here's what you can do: 1️⃣ Edit the pager settings and check "Allow user to control the number…" in the Exposed options section. 2️⃣ Customize the label for the items per page selector. 3️⃣ Define the number of items users can choose from (e.g., 5, 10, 25, 50). 4️⃣Add an "All" option to display all content at once. So Drupal 7 Long Term Support is a thing. Specialized agencies are promoting the LTS of Drupal 7, but I have questions. Drupal 7 on PHP 8 is a science project, not a strategic approach, and PHP 7.4 is no longer supported; most hosting providers will cease offering it by the end of 2026. Most D7 long-term support SLA's only support PHP versions that were supported at the time of D7 EOL, which stops at PHP 7.4. Is the real end of life for Drupal 7 when PHP 7.4 is no longer available? I know there's Backdrop, but that too feels like a bridge, not the future. If you are running an important, strategic, scalable, or enterprise-grade Drupal 7 site, consider upgrading to Drupal 10 or 11, or consider a decoupled approach with Next.js and Drupal sooner rather than later. I hate disparaging others but apparently this came up on Drupal Planet so I must. The article from "Drupal life hack's" with url drupal com ua has an article Object-Oriented Form API in Drupal 11. This has nothing to do with reality. Absolutely none. There's not a single thing in there which corresponds to a committed change. Please consult the change notices instead: "New Object oriented approach for working with form/render arrays" and "Widget elements can be written using object oriented approach".

My first ever freelance project was an SEO audit for a wedding venue website on Upwork back in March 2022 💒 Nowadays, I don't typically add audits to deliverables because I work primarily with early-stage companies with a mostly blank slate. I’m talking: homepage, about us, careers, and maybe a couple product pages. When I do run one, I make sure it’s useful and actionable. Here’s what I include: 👉 A Google Sheet with the full audit breakdown: Impacted pages What the issue is Category it falls under (copy, page speed, technical) Recommended solution Notes + context Priority level 👉 A custom checklist of everything I reviewed, so the client knows I went deeper than surface-level. Things like: Are there any 404 pages with backlinks that could be redirected? Opportunities to strengthen internal linking? Has traffic dropped since the last Google update? What do you include in SEO audits?

Saw a WordPress site with 50+ plugins. A lot of them were doing things that take 10 lines of code. Disable XML-RPC? One function. Hide admin bar? Two lines. Custom login redirect? Maybe 10. Every plugin is a liability: updates, conflicts, attack surface, load time. If you can drop it in functions.php in under 50 lines, skip the plugin. Build light. Move fast. Own your stack.
