If you pump 50 new candidates into a high-risk nursing market, but that recruiter is already maxed out or sitting on a 14-day bottleneck, you aren't solving anything. You are just paying for candidates who will sit stalling out. This is why throwing more money at programmatic alone won't save a broken funnel. If the issue is inside our process rather than candidate volume, adjust your targets and shift those dollars into the high-risk jobs the data just exposed—the ones you’ll never find out about just listening to recruiter or hiring manager feedback. Move the money to where the hard funnel data exposes the truest risk. Otherwise, you're just funding that bottleneck.Ryan Affolter shared thisBefore you spend another dollar on recruitment advertising, pull these five signals from your data. This is what Signals does on our end. The concept is pre-spend intelligence: knowing which jobs need recruitment marketing before the budget goes out. You can run a version of this check manually, and teams that do it for the first time tend to find spend going to places that don't need it. → Offer stage coverage: How many of your active sponsored reqs already have a candidate at final offer? If that is > 0, you're spending on jobs that are already solved. Pull the budget from those. → Candidate volume thresholds: Which reqs have sufficient candidate volume relative to your historical screen-to-interview rate? High organic volume plus active marketing spend is budget that didn't need to go out. → Candidate engagement age: How many active candidates in your pipeline haven't been touched in seven or more days? Spend on reqs with a stale pipeline points to a process problem downstream, and the fix lives in the pipeline work itself. → Time-to-source by req type: Are you treating all open reqs the same in your programmatic distribution? A clinical nursing role and an administrative coordinator role have different sourcing windows. The spend should reflect that. → Organic fill history: For similar reqs that filled in the last six months, what percentage closed without paid spend? If 60% of your medical assistant reqs fill organically, the marketing budget on that category needs a closer look. In our client audit data, 32% of marketing spend goes to reqs that don't need it. Better data on those five signals tells you exactly where to redirect it. What would you add to this list before releasing spend?

Still requires install, which is a slog…and as of today GPT won’t recommend job apps from their marketplace, but it’s going the right direction. I also think the card loading is a nice UX. I get about 90% of the job board’s real estate without leaving GPT.

Being part of the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences MarComm team made such a meaningful impact on my senior year. Through storytelling, interviewing, writing, and connecting with students, faculty, and alumni, I gained experiences that strengthened both my professional skills and confidence in ways I’ll carry with me forever. I’m also proud to have spent the past four years as a member of Alpha Chi Omega supporting domestic violence awareness and Tucson’s Emerge Center. I am saying "no" to incoming requirements at the moment. And that's not a humble (or not so humble) brag, it's a way of realizing our identity at Clarity R2R. We're a leadership focused search firm, partnering collaboratively with other Staffing agencies on key strategic hires. This includes, but is not limited to; → C-Suite → Operational team takeovers → Vice President level (billing and non-billing) → Business-unit / office launches → BD Directors + VP of Client Services The constant though, is being partnered with agencies that have a genuinely compelling narrative and value prop. In my opinion, politely declining work outside of your remit, only reinforces your market position. There's power in saying no, especially when articulated correctly. But director-level compensation in tech is pushing $180K–$220K+. This is what consolidation of skill sets and roles looks like. The highest-paid marketing roles right now are: • Product Marketing Directors • Growth Leaders • Marketing Analytics Heads • Revenue-connected Marketing Directors Notice what they have in common? They sit close to revenue. They don’t just run campaigns. They influence pricing, positioning, forecasting, lifecycle, and acquisition efficiency.
