What does the successful recruitment and retention of nurses look like? For one healthcare organization that partnered with NAS Recruitment, they were able to launch their targeted nurse recruitment campaign and hire 90 nurses in under 60 days. We developed a recruitment marketing campaign based on a strategy of targeting both active and passive RNs through a variety of media and methods. Candidates were driven to a custom landing page with a quick apply form resulting in: 90 nursing hires in under 60 days ✅473% increase in resumes ✅Millions of targeted impressions By combining digital outreach, a simplified application process, and strategic messaging, they reached nurses where they are, and made it easy to act. During National Nurses Week, recognition is important, but so is action! Get the full case study: https://lnkd.in/exD3jYvu

With RNs making up the majority of the healthcare workforce, what makes a nurse choose your organization? National Nurses Week is a great time to reflect on how your company shows up to nursing talent and how you can present your healthcare organization as an employer of choice for this vital talent. A strong employer brand can be the difference between being overlooked and being the employer nurses actively seek out. Sharing your values, showcasing real employee experiences, and demonstrating how your story serves to create an environment where nurses want to work can elevate your overall nursing recruitment strategy. Learn how employer branding, targeted messaging, and referrals can transform your nurse recruitment strategy: https://lnkd.in/e_QrAFyT #NationalNursesWeek #EmployerBrand #TalentAcquisition #HealthcareRecruitment
