We had the opportunity to be on-site in Trenton with our client, NJ Department of Human Services, to film something truly meaningful. As part of our ongoing work supporting the 844-REACHNJ addiction awareness and fentanyl awareness campaigns, we produced TV spots featuring ASL interpretation—helping ensure these critical messages are more accessible to all audiences. A huge thank you to Elizabeth Hill and Monica Ayrer for bringing these spots to life. This marks the first time ASL has been incorporated into DHS campaign creative, and we’re proud to be part of such an impactful step forward. An incredibly rewarding experience all around.

Had the opportunity to attend the ERE Recruiting Innovation Summit in Atlanta this week. A lot of great conversations around where recruiting is heading, and unsurprisingly, AI continues to dominate nearly every discussion. One theme that consistently came up: candidate experience. It sounds simple, but in high volume hiring environments it’s often the first thing to break down.
