Manage courses and videos in learning paths or collections as an admin in Learning

As your team's learning needs change, you may want to add, delete, or reorder courses in your learning paths.

Important to know

Admin functionality isn’t available within the Learning mobile apps. To access Learning Management, please use a desktop device.

Add courses/videos to a learning path or collection

To add courses/videos to a Learning Path or Collection:

  1. From Learning Management, search for the course/video you wish to add to your learning path or collection.

  2. If you wish to add the complete course, click Add to. If you wish to add certain videos from the course, click next to each video you want to add.
  3. From the window that appears, search for the learning path or collection you wish to add your course or video to.

    You can filter the search results by collections or learning paths.

  4. Click Add to the right of the learning path or collection.
  5. Click Done.
To add courses to your learning paths or collections from the Library tab:
  1. Under My content, locate the learning path or collection you'd like to update and click More.
  2. Click Edit, then Add content.
  3. Select if you'd like to:
    • Search for content
    • Link to content
  4. When you've added all the courses, videos, and links you'd like, click Done or Save & Publish to close the window.
  5. Scroll to the top of the page and click Publish.

Delete content from a learning path or collection

To delete content from a Learning Path or Collection:

  1. Log in to Learning Management.

  2. Click Content, and select Library from the dropdown.
  3. Locate the learning path or collection you'd like to update and click More then Edit.
  4. Locate the course/video you wish to remove, and click More then Delete
  5. Scroll to the top of the page and click Save & Publish.

Reorder content within a learning path

To reorder content within a learning path:

  1. Log in to Learning Management.

  2. Click Content, and select Library from the dropdown.

  3. Locate the learning path you'd like to update and select More > Edit.

  4. Click Reorder to the left of the course or video you wish to move to your desired position.
  5. Scroll to the top of the page and click Save & Publish.

You can also recommend or add to learning paths/collections directly from your learner platform. To do this, search for a piece of content, click More and select Add to your content, Share, or Recommend.
