As a LinkedIn Learning admin, you can use the Recommendations feature to understand how learners are engaging with the content you’ve recommended.

All users: When an admin recommends content to All Users, there will be no email notification. Instead, the recommendation will show up in the My Organization tab.
Here's a tip
When you select Select all learners during an assignment or recommendation, an email notification toggle appears. Since the toggle is disabled by default, you must manually enable it to send notifications to all learners. -
Groups: When an admin recommends content to a group, the group members will receive an email notification. (There is no threshold regarding the number of group members. The recommendation email will be sent to all group members even if this number is very high.)
Here's a tip
When an admin recommends content to a group of learners and then adds additional learners to this group later, these new members won’t receive an email notification. The recommendation will be visible in the My Organization tab instead. -
Individuals: When an admin recommends content to an individual learner, they will receive an email notification.
