Today I had the opportunity to visit Northrop Grumman's facility in Roy, Utah, where the next generation of our nation’s land-based strategic deterrent is being developed by a team of engineers, skilled manufacturing professionals, and dedicated Airmen. What’s happening here represents the very best of Utah: innovation, partnership and a workforce committed to solving some of the nation’s most complex national security challenges. I’m encouraged by the acceleration of the program and the dedication of the team here to deliver this critical capability at the speed our national security requires. This week, Northrop Grumman joined the F-35 industry team at the 20th Annual F-35 Supplier Fly-in in Washington, DC, where we discussed our vital contributions to the F-35 fleet and strengthened our commitment to advocacy and innovation. As one of the five partners on the F-35 program, we play a key role in the development, production, and sustainment of the F-35 Lightning II. From producing the aircraft’s center fuselage and cutting-edge low observable technology to designing mission-critical subsystems and electronic warfare systems, our work supports all three variants — F-35A, F-35B, and F-35C. Together with our industry partners, we remain focused on advancing the F-35’s capabilities to ensure unmatched mission success and readiness for the warfighter.

Robots in space might sound like the future, but it's happening now 🤖. Our Mission Robotic Vehicle (MRV) is set to become the world's first operational commercial robotic servicing mission in orbit, launching this summer. Using robotic arms, MRV will install our Mission Extension Pods to extend the life of satellites already in space. MRV can relocate, inspect, repair, and upgrade them too! We’re advancing American manufacturing with the opening of a new hangar at our Palmdale site. This automated facility boosts our production capacity to deliver critical defense solutions, like the B-21 Raider, with scale and speed, powering next-gen stealth technology and shaping the future of deterrence.
