This week, Northrop Grumman joined the F-35 industry team at the 20th Annual F-35 Supplier Fly-in in Washington, DC, where we discussed our vital contributions to the F-35 fleet and strengthened our commitment to advocacy and innovation. As one of the five partners on the F-35 program, we play a key role in the development, production, and sustainment of the F-35 Lightning II. From producing the aircraft’s center fuselage and cutting-edge low observable technology to designing mission-critical subsystems and electronic warfare systems, our work supports all three variants — F-35A, F-35B, and F-35C. Together with our industry partners, we remain focused on advancing the F-35’s capabilities to ensure unmatched mission success and readiness for the warfighter.
The inverted F-35 brings me back to Lt Pete Mitchell telling the story of when he was flying another Grumman fighter jet.
Stunning scale of work! Northrop Grumman's contribution to the development of stealth technologies and EW systems is what makes the F-35 Lightning II a truly unique platform. It's great to see the synergy of the whole team at Fly-in Supplier in Washington. Success in further innovations!
