Terms and conditions for the Barclaycard Platinum up to 36 month balance transfer card ‘12 months Apple TV on us’ Offer

These are the terms and conditions of the ‘12 months Apple TV on us’ offer (the “Offer”).

The Offer is available to new Barclaycard customers who apply and are approved for the Barclaycard Platinum up to 36 month balance transfer card between 10am on 7 September 2026 and 10am on 20 October 2026 (the “Offer Period”).

These terms and conditions are between you and us (Barclays Bank UK PLC).

If you qualify for the Offer, you’ll get Apple TV subscription for 12 months on us.

You will qualify for the offer provided that you meet all of the following conditions 

Within the Offer period you:

• Are a UK resident and aged 18 or over
  
• Apply and are approved for a Barclaycard Platinum up to 36 month balance transfer card
  
• Don't already subscribe to Apple TV, and you’re not still in a billing period if you have cancelled a previous subscription. If you currently subscribe, you’ll need to cancel the subscription and wait until the end of the billing period before redeeming your Apple TV 12 month unique link.
  
• Don’t already have a Barclaycard and haven’t had a Barclaycard within the past 6 months

You will not qualify for the Offer if:

• You submit any application before 10am GMT on 7 September 2026 which we accept during the Offer Period
• We receive or accept any application after the Offer Period
• An application is cancelled or rejected for any reason
  
• You have closed your Barclaycard account before we send your Apple TV redemption email, which may take up to 90 days from your successful application

• We'll send you an email within 90 days of your successful application with a unique link to redeem your subscription with Apple. You can only use the link once. Once you’ve redeemed your subscription, it will be valid for 12 months. After that, Apple will automatically renew your subscription unless you cancel it. Monthly subscription rates will apply after 12 months
• You must redeem your Apple TV subscription by 5 June 2028. After that the link will expire
• This is a promotional code and is not for resale, has no cash value, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Valid only for Apple TV in the United Kingdom. Requires Apple ID with payment method on file
• After the Offer ends, your Apple TV subscription will automatically renew at the monthly price that applies at that time (currently £9.99 per month), unless you cancel it. Please check  apple.com/uk/apple-tv/. Payment will be billed to the payment method on file and can be cancelled anytime at least a day before each renewal date in your Apple Account at ‘Settings’ then ‘Apple ID’

• You need to be 13 or older and in the country that matches the store front on which you are redeeming the code. Compatible products and services required

• These terms and conditions are separate to your main agreement between you and Barclays Bank UK PLC set out in ‘Barclays and you’ (your Retail Customer Agreement). 
• When we refer to “we,” or “us” in these terms and conditions, we mean Barclays Bank UK PLC. When we refer to “you”, we mean you, the person who is a Barclays current account customer. 
• If a situation beyond our control arises, we may withdraw, amend or replace this Offer.  
• You will not be able to benefit from this Offer if we reasonably believe that you have acted fraudulently or misleadingly or have sought to abuse the Offer.
• The law of England and Wales applies to these Terms. Any dispute about them can be dealt by an English or Welsh court unless your address is in Scotland (where it will be dealt with by the courts of Scotland) or Northern Ireland (where it will be dealt with by the courts of Northern Ireland).  
• Barclays cannot provide tax advice regarding the personal income of customers. It is your responsibility to pay any taxes.
