Report your lost or stolen card

If you’ve lost your card or it’s been stolen, it’s important to let us know as soon as you can, so we can cancel your card.

If you have an Amazon Barclaycard, you’ll need to log into the app to report your card as lost or stolen.

From the home page, open ‘Cards’ and then select the card you’re concerned about. Then select the option to report a lost, stolen or damaged card and follow the instructions. Alternatively, send us a message from the ‘Help’ section in our app.

Report your damaged card

Whether you’ve snapped your card by accident or the chip’s worn away, you can order a new one in the app or online in just a few steps.

From the home page of our app, you can open ‘Your cards’ and then select the card. Then choose the option for reporting lost, stolen or damaged cards and follow the instructions.

Use online servicing

I have an Amazon Barclaycard

Log in to Barclays Online Banking , select ‘Report damaged, lost or stolen card’ and follow the instructions to block your card and order a new one.

Your new card will arrive within seven working days.
