Operations Manager
Dale Whitcomb
Started the company out of his garage after years as a DIY firearm builder and Glock armorer. Handles vendor relationships, product sourcing, and still answers the phone when things get busy.
Warehouse & Operations Manager
Marcus Delgado
Runs receiving, inventory, and shipping out of the warehouse, and built the pick-and-pack process from scratch. Former Army supply sergeant, so nothing leaves the building without being checked twice.
Customer Support & Product Specialist
Jenna Kowalski
The person customers actually talk to. Helps people figure out fitment, compatibility, and state shipping restrictions, and writes most of the product descriptions. Grew up hunting with her dad and knows the catalog better than anyone.

The All Rights Reversed panel at the bottom of every page is a warrant canary. It states that since Jan. 1, 2021, no warrants have been served to ghostguns.com principals or employees, and no searches or seizures have been performed on ghostguns.com assets.
Some government demands arrive with a gag order that makes it illegal to say they were received. The idea behind a canary is that a gag order can keep a company silent, but should not be able to force it to keep publishing a statement that is no longer true. If that panel ever changes or disappears, read it as notice.
