I would like to speedrun Flaming Passion in Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped and get the Gold Relic. I tried my own technique (take Aku Aku at beginning -> jump and avoid fire -> spin on the one with the knife) in the beginning but it is still difficult...

The strategy is to always cut corners, never wait for a flying carpet (you can easily double jump + tornado spin) and skip the fires (bypassing from the sides or slide + double jumping over).
Try not to lose a single AkuAku mask, the level has enough to activate its invincibility.

To save a couple of extra seconds at the beginning, you can break the crates before starting the timer.
