EMCC Global Accreditation gives your clients and employers, your peers and your community, reassurance about how you are maintaining professional standards and adhering to a shared Global Code of Ethics. Accreditation is for both individuals and organisations. It enables individual coaches, mentors and supervisors to have their knowledge and experience recognised. The EMCC Global Five Day Challenge is a ‘get it done’ period of intense mentoring as you get ready to submit your application for individual accreditation with EMCC Global. It’s for people who have trained as a coach or mentor, and have been practising for at least two years, and who would like some help in getting accredited with EMCC. Accreditation and membership with EMCC are separate, with separate fees. Accreditation is managed by EMCC Global, while membership, if you are based in the UK, is managed by EMCC UK.

To support and maintain your accreditation over the five-year period, EMCC Global does request that you uphold your membership with EMCC UK. Your membership supports your accreditation through access to events, CPD, and networking opportunities and maintains best practice.
