We’re pleased to be hosting a new series of eight workshops, running throughout 2026, which will explore all eight competencies in the newly-updated Supervision Competence Framework. The workshops, which are for supervisors and supervisees, will stimulate thinking, raise new questions, and open up conversations about best practice in supervision. See a video introduction (above) to the series by two of the facilitators, Jo Birch and Jo Cleary, and a blog post about the series by Paul Heardman.
Podcasts focusing on coaching supervision have been airing on the EMCC UK podcast since 2023, and we now have a good back catalogue of episodes covering a wide range of supervision issues. Explore here on our Supervision podcasts page.
New: Sandra Wilson hosts a series of three new podcasts, focusing on the transformative power of supervision in coaching and mentoring. She talks in a video blog about the episodes, and why they make such good listening for coaches, mentors, and anyone thinking of becoming a supervisor.
